Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Such friendly staff! Family of 4, stayed for 2 nights - going to Alton Towers. Ideal location, 25 mins away. Easy to find and park, although no restaurant in the hotel, plenty of take away options. Have to say, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! April 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Even at breakfast in the morning, the staff went round to each table and said "good morning". The hotel was full and busy, but the staff kept the breakfast area clean and replenished at all times, with a smile on theIr faces and chatting to guests. I work in the customer service industry and it is rare to find a team where every single person seems to be enjoying their job. This must be a well run hotel!!! We enjoyed our stay, and would visit again. April 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised After staying in other companies this type, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness bedroom size and facilities breakfast was good and staff were all very friendly, the only downside is that they do not do an evening meal,which I would assume be of similar standard as we encountered at the Holiday Inn Express in Stoke on Trent. Will definately stay again and try out other hotels in the group. April 12, 2015
