Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 NOT EASY TO FIND BUT WORTH IT We found this hotel with difficulty as the area has been rebuilt in recent years and although we originate from the city we were not used to the changes. The signposts were not adequate but we were greatly helped by the reception staff and a lady named Lynn who works on the breakfast buffet, she was a mine of info. about the immediate area. We also had a helpful conversation with duty manager Gareth. December 22, 2014

The staff have always been friendly and welcoming and the hotel clean and well equipped. We have always had a comfortable room and the breakfast offers a good choice.
