Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disrespectful Manager I have stayed at this property many times prior to Harry becoming a manager. He is both disrespectful and insulting. On one stay, my room was not ready so I went to change in the restroom after having flown in from Europe. He chased me down the hall in front of the other guests and questioned loudly my rights to be using the facilities and if I were a guest in the hotel. This is after he watched me try to check in. In the latest incident, I had checked in with a late checkout so I could get some extra rest before I flew out that evening. The night desk manager had approved the late check out. He had already told the maid to start cleaning my room when he approached me in the lobby telling me I had to check out immediately and that I did not have authorization for late check out. He then became abusive during the conversation. I am a Platinum member of IHG and stay in hotels more than 200 nights a year. I have never received an upgrade at this facility whether high or low season. It is unfortunate because the property is convenient to my business but I will never stay here again until Harry is no longer a part of the hotel operation. April 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice place for overnight stay Management, desk staff and kitchen staff was nice. House keeping was not efficient, always forgot something, I stayed for 2 months and got shampoo about once a week or would turn in my empty at the front desk for a refund. I even left the empty in front of the rack for a hint -- and yes the empty was put back in the rack. i never saw house keeping because I worked daily, complaining did no good. OJ in the juice bar was watwered down bad, looked like Tang, I told the mana ger -- this is FL - i think there is a law against impersonating OJ. Never did any good. April 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Karen at the front desk is Great We did not have a Tub in out room / which I did ask for and the room was smaller than usual and the small refrigator was not plugged in and there was a noise every time the water was turned on in our room and coming from the room next door.
