House keeping was not efficient, always forgot something, I stayed for 2 months and got shampoo about once a week or would turn in my empty at the front desk for a refund. I even left the empty in front of the rack for a hint -- and yes the empty was put back in the rack. i never saw house keeping because I worked daily, complaining did no good. OJ in the juice bar was watwered down bad, looked like Tang, I told the mana ger -- this is FL - i think there is a law against impersonating OJ. Never did any good. April 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Karen at the front desk is Great We did not have a Tub in out room / which I did ask for and the room was smaller than usual and the small refrigator was not plugged in and there was a noise every time the water was turned on in our room and coming from the room next door. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Attention to detail needed The location of this property is perfect for you to frequently travel the I-95 corridor, especially if you are in town for baseball Spring Training which was our purpose for choosing this hotel. We didn't spend much time in our room and as such it worked for our needs. Breakfast was mediocre most days - on 2 occasions the English muffins were frozen and could not be cut in half to be placed in the toaster. There was no vent fan in the bathroom and lighting was poor. The mirror fogged up almost immediately once the shower was turned on and make-up had to be put on outside of the bathroom in an area of slightly improved light. The shower head was full of water deposits and what looked like spots of mold. Bob, the evening desk clerk was very friendly and always greeted us when we came in. April 6, 2015
