Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by vISIT fINE Everything was fine except friendly incounter with desk clerk on ckecking in FRI 5 pm FEB13TH February 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Bed sheets Everything was very nice, but the only improvement I would suggest would be to have a nicer quality of sheets on the beds. They scratched. February 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I stay at the Holiday Inn Express Johns Creek when I travel to the area for business. The hotel is very clean and I feel very safe there. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are always so helpful and friendly and always meet my needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Johns Creek area! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay I was greeted upon check in as an IHG member and even had my room upgraded. The room came with a couch, fridge, microwave, bigger bathroom for no additional charge. Access to local restaurants and stores was quite simple, even for someone who does not know the area. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be staying there again next time I am in town for business. February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect nights rest I stay all over the world, and there is no hotel like the Johns Creek Holiday Inn Express. To me a hotel is a hotel, but this one has the right people, truly love and care for their guests. They are professional, friendly, like a touch of family. They know me and other guests by name, preferences, and are always trying to make sure we have everything we need. From the front lobby to the cleanliness of the room, for me it has become like a place to relax, get a breath of fresh air to allow me be ready for the next day that has its own struggles. What a blessing this home away from home for me is 0 hassle, a place to truly sit back and relax in the comfort of home and family. I will always stay at this location! February 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Why do they even put rooms near elevators? I rolled in to Atalanta from a very snowy and white knuckle flight from New York. Looking forward to sleeping after a long day. My gold status usual puts me in good rooms. Well... Not at this hotel. Nope... If your gold status at this hotel you get put next to the elevator. I really didn't even think about where my room was - I just wanted to sleep. As I had a really important meeting the next day. It wasn't long after i fell asleep that the very loud elevator woke me up. It kept me up all night long. I was a mess the next day. I asked the front desk if I could be move. Was told "no hotel is sold out". So I went to work and got a call from the front desk.. SURPRISE!!! They had a suite for me. The catch was I had to go back to the hotel to move my stuff. I said "I couldn't because of the meeting" and I would just stay in that room. My plan was to get earplugs. So there I am in my meeting and my phone was going off over and over again as house keeping kept attempting to call and ask if they could move my stuff. i asked them to stop... Got another call... And called the front desk and got pretty mad. I had one of the WORST Holiday Inn experiences of my life in Miami at New Years. If I had another choice in hotels - I'd would've done it. Now that I know the area better I most certainly will after this sleepless experience. And if I have to stay at another one of your hotels - I will empty my rewards points on ANYTHING other than more nights... Which I have already done.. February 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night Stay Enjoyed the visit while staing at this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of pillows to choose fro. February 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bed and airco Bed and pillows are up for a change in this hotel. We stayed in another HIE in Al. and the matress and pillows were great. So I think that either the pillows were not as they are supposed to be and the mattress was due for replacement. The airco: only complaint is the noise. We have to turn it off in order to sleep in peace And I do think that the breakfast good use a change in variety. The biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs are getting old . This doesn't mean that the breakfast is bad, not at all. It's good, but I would like to see something else for a change. Plain yoghurt and green tea would be nice too. January 27, 2015
