We highly recommend this Hotel. The staff was excellent and room was larger than we expected. It was nice to be greeted everytime we went through by the friendly Lobby staff. Our room was clean and very comfortable in every way. Slept like a "baby". If we are back in this area again (this was our 3rd visit) we will definitely stay here.

I have stayed here before and came back for the excellent customer service. Jerry at the front desk took the time to help a fellow traveler to join the Priority Club and made an excellent suggestion for dinner at a local Italian Restaurant. During my 2 night stay, the front desk greeted me when I walked through the lobby and showed concern that my needs were met. I will stay at this hotel again when I am traveling in the area. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and thoughtful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
The facilities are quite nice especially for an Express. My only real complaint is the lack of sound proofing. You can hear tv's from surrounding rooms and neighboring guests conversations.
i would recommend the hotel despite the insulation issues.

The staff is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed. I always make a point of staying at this holiday inn when I'm in the area. I stay approximately once a week

I booked two rooms at your Swansea property and was just blown away by how large and well appointed the rooms were and I was also impressed by the lobby. Jackie and Pear are exceptional young ladies and great representatives of your organization. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations across the country and the Swansea experience stands out as the best yet.

Sounded like some one tapping on a pipe with a metal object at about 4:00 AM and continuing the rest of the night.
It appeared that the staff knew that there was an issue with the hot water, as in "There is a problem and we have no hot water" in the morning. It would have been better to inform us so we could have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Great location in relation to Boston, Foxboro and Providence, RI. Clean room and property. Nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items. We would select this location for future stays in this area.

With all of the high priced hotels that are disgusting in the area this one was a welcomed change. The staff was friendly the room was comfortable and clean.

I am working in the area and I will be staying at a hotel for the next year. The management seemed unable to handle reservations or room requests very well. They were not willing to do anything other than check you in and bill. Also, I have never received Priority points since first staying there on September 4, 2012, because, according to the manager, "Your reservation were made with your first name listed as your last." That was 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been corrected. I have moved to another hotel and don't plan on going back to this or any other Holiday Inn property.

This hotel is so clean, confortable from the lobby to the rooms. Front desk staffs are polite, nice, and very helpful. Coiffee and cookies are available any time. Breakfast is good with lot of choices. We will stay in this hotel again if traveling in this path.
