She has the most positive attitude that is infectious. The property itself is well maintained and offers all the things exceptionally well that we expected. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stay The hotel just needed some a little update on the outside. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi need a little more cleaning around the edge, it has black dirty stuff along the side. The bathroom door of the room was falling out and the lower level where our room was at has a very stinky smells the hall way. The fitness room has a broken mirror on the bottom corner. The outside of the hotel has a lots cracks along the walls and patches were didn't even match the column. June 16, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good stay I was in Tacoma for a work trip and I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday on S. Hosmer. Having 24 hour access to the pool area and exercise room was useful because I was unsure when I would be getting back to the hotel following my work. The breakfast had a good selection and seemed of good quality. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. June 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, quiet, full breakfast; point offer poorly presented Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Full breakfast with lots of choices. One problem with reward points. A door tag said that we could get extra points with two consecutive nights (which we had) if we declined housekeeping and put the door tag out before 2 am, so I did. When checking out, the desk clerk said we didn't meet the requirements. She even got a door tag and read what it said but still said we didn't meet requirements. I left my name and number and another staff member called me and said she would give me the points but the deck clerk was following her training. Poor management to have a conflict between the door tag and the training. Otherwise, the hotel was fine and we enjoyed staying there. June 4, 2016
