Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Conference Room We rented the conference room for two days. half way through the first day the conference room flooded by the AC and started to get moldy smell. The second day when we got in the conference room at 8am the AC was off and the smell was awful! Maintenance came by and opened windows and turned AC on and opened windows. Needless to say the day was long and smell and wet in the conference room. My personal room was OK. Nothing special. When I first arrived to my room the AC was on 60 and was freezing! No big deal just wish you didnt waste engery and set it to something around 75-78. April 16, 2015

Breakfast was served every morning cold/hot, but only until 9:30am, employee in charge of breakfast would come shut off drinks and take all items away 2 mins before 9:30 or right at 9:30 before people could even finish. Being a vacation destination people do not wake up early for breakfast. I understand not bringing more food out but let the people finish and have a drink of juice to go with it. April 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor experience Booked 3 months in advanced with request for high floor away from elevator on check in was told only 2 rooms left one the first floor and one on the second floor opposite the elevator no choice. Despite being a platinum elite status no up grade was available and my requests fell on deaf ears, the room on the first night was noisy with a family with children running about untill nearly midnight. On the second night the noise of people talking when they got out of the elevator was.a nuisance and again keept us awake. We will not be returning to this hotel again. April 14, 2015

Whether on business or pleasure, you can't beat the view of the lagoon, proximity to the airport, and walking distance to Bahama Breeze. Remains my favorite hotel location whenever in Tampa! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location Needed a hotel close to airport after US Air changed my schedule overnight. Easy on-line reservation secured the hotel room close to the airport for a very early flight. Staff was very cordial, hotel clean and room quite large with Great view toward the bay. Restaurant within walking distant with good food. Bed was comfortable and slept well. There is a big party just down the road in February/March for Parrotheads. I would probably stay here rather than at event hotel. April 9, 2015
