Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nightstop Tampa Very handy for the Airport especially as we were overnighting post arrival from europe and prior to departing for Des Moines. Attentive and helpfull staff rooms even over the carpark were quite. Nice breakfast next morning. If requiring the shuttle: Do not arrive on a flt that arrives @ or after 2200hrs as shuttle ceases @ 2200hrs and you will need to factor in taking a taxi and having USD 15. Book seat for the shuttle the night before departure. A nice HIEX. June 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent stay I wanted to thank Jason and Jerome for making my stay fun. They joked and seemed to enjoy working there which was cool. On the flip side, we only got two new towels per day so each day we had to go get more which is kind of annoying. Breakfast seemed to always run out of hot stuff. May need to staff up more during this time to keep food ready and not having large amounts of people huddled around the food heater like vultures and clean it out within minutes of being restocked. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would NOT recommend I was here on business and don't have time for one minor inconvenience after another which turns into much wasted time that I do not have. First, there was no microwave in the room. No big deal since they brought one up very quickly, but then this was followed by numerous inconveniences. The coffee maker in my room didn't work so I went downstairs to get coffee. The lobby coffee wasn't ready yet. I then went to use the gym. It was closed. They sent me over to the Hampton, and that gym was closed. When traveling on business who has time for all of this in the morning. When I asked to speak with the front desk person who wasn't there I was told he was outside smoking. When he finally showed up he had an attitude and was less than helpful or friendly. Then, as I was ironing my clothes the iron leaked water all over my clothing. A different front desk person was there when I checked in and he told me about the million dollar renovations at this hotel. Well, it certainly wasn't spent on new appliances, fixing whatever was wrong with the gym or on hiring quality people. There are much better hotels right down the road at the same price point where you will get greeted with a smile and a warm cookie. HIE, you lost my business. June 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The entire staff was extremely polite and helpful during our entire 5 day stay! The kids loved the breakfast choices and the swimming pool. We enjoyed the clean rooms and view from our room. Seeing dolphins out of our hotel room window was a thrill for our entire family! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish! June 21, 2015
