Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast bar The breakfast bar in the great room of this hotel and like so many is poor. The counter were you obtain and prep food is too small. There is no room to say placing the carton of milk on the counter when dispensing cereal. Especially if it is busy. The layout and has to be reviewed/revised. March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This hotel is the greatest i have been here for 2 months i am relocating and going thru cancer treatment at the Tampa VA hospitial and the whole staff here has not only been concerned and considerate but they have been like family making sure that i am confortable and always checking to see if i need anything i was in the Army for 32 years and have stayed at many different hotel chains but this hotel has exceeded all expectations from the general manager Lisa to the assistant GM Shondra to front desk nicteria,nicole,leslie, to breakfast which is mary,cathy,and millie to housekeeping,lisa,jackie,rickie.Everyone here is great and they all have exceeded my expectations they should be gold stars. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Happy Visit Overall we enjoyed our visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that I had booked a handicapped room online since my husband has problems walking. However we were put in regular room that was far from the elevators. When I asked I found out that there were no handicapped rooms available. The front desk really tried to find us another room but there none available so we stayed but it meant my husband just stayed in until we checked out. Other than this hiccup, the hotel was just as others stated; it was very clean and the staff was very nice. I absolutely loved the housekeeping staff! They not only cleaned well but they were very cordial and personable. March 5, 2015
