Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was just OK for me I was largely unimpressed with the fact that when I walked into the hotel the front desk person was nowhere to be found and no sign was up stating the individual had to step away to serve other customers or something. Upon her return she started to ask if I was checking in when she walked away again. A few minutes later she returns to check me in. I was also unimpressed with the fact that the hotel made a lot of effort to make the first floor look fresh and modern but the remaining floors looked old and stale. Also, I was not offered an upgrade in recognition of Spire status. April 26, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not enough people on staff I stayed for two nights here and it was not worth the money at all next time I will be going somewhere else, and am thinking of disputing this with my bank since I did not get a good nights sleep the last night which is the whole point of getting a hotel room... Between 9 and 12 at night, there were people running around screaming in the hallways, and trying to open random people's doors. They were also swearing and it sounded like rough housing a little and it made me and the person I was with very nervous. We called the front office numerous times. When we called at 9 it just kept ringing. Then at 9:30 and it kept ringing. Then I tried again at 10:30 heard someone make some kind of noise no idea what they said and then was put on hold. Called two more times and was put on hold each time. Whoever was at the front desk that night also gave us the papers to sign us out and she didn't really help me feel like I got my moneys worth here. She says she takes care of customers in the lobby first and then phone calls but I doubt there were any customers each time I called (5 in total). And I highly doubt that noone else tried to call like she said because these people were being so loud to the point I didnt feel safe even just leaving my room to go down to customer service. If they had kept the noise up until after 12 I would have called the cops since I didn't feel safe. I have never had someone try to open my room in a hotel, they seemed to have lost their key, and they were the door to the left of us; they may have needed to get there key from the front desk but Im guessing noone was even there. This was definitely not something I would have expected when spending the amount I did at this hotel with virtually no security or someone making sure things are quiet. There were also people out way beyond the 11PM pool close time. I heard people right outside the window up until 12 or later. April 24, 2016
