We had several questions about where to go for dinner. Staff was so nice.
Bed so comfortable my husband took a nap before he went to bed!

we enjoyed the room very much i would stay here again. the only thing we had a problem with is when we booked th eroom i told the lady aboutmy health concerns and needed a recliner, she told me they could get one and one would be in my room, she even called it erbonomic chair which is no more then a computer chair. this was the only thing that went wrong and i ended up sleeping in my wheel chair. but everything else was very nice. thanks for the very nice breakfast experience and the evening snack was a pleasent surprise.

We have always chosen Holiday Inn Express when available. We never dreamed we would be staying for something besides pleasure. This hotel, I would recommend to anyone. We have been making periodical trips to The Moffett Cancer Center. My husband has been sick since last year. The people at this hotel have been so wonderful. When my husband didn't feel like being disturbed, Marie and her helper worked with me to put my trash and wet towels outside, or whatever we needed and always with a smile. Venda, at the front desk, was so sweet to us. She offered anyway she could be of help she would be there. The lady that prepared breakfast, I didn't get her name (she was short, dark haired with a grey streak). She had the sweetest smile ever. Every morning, she met me with that smile and a great big hug. Then she would ask about my husband. I had such a warm feeling and felt like home instead of being 7 hours away. I will be looking forward to when I get to go for pleasure, For now we will be returning to the Center and this hotel. People that I have mentioned is what makes Holiday Inn Express so successful. Keep up the good work.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on January 31st as a benefit of priority rewards points. The accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The associate who worked in the breakfast area was especially courteous and did a great job of welcoming guests and seeing to it that the food and provisions were stocked and well presented.

Had some problems both times i called the hotel to make this reservation, front desk person was rude. Got the out of state of country person who made my needed res and it went well saw one of the front people sleeping in a room beside the front desk.

We have been Priority Club members for a long time. In the beginning, we used to get some nice things: newspaper, extended check-outs, upgrades, etc. Lately, however, we do not get ANYTHING! This past experience was horrible. We had requested a late check-out. Instead of checking out at 12noon, we would check out at 1:0o p.m. At 12:01 our phone rang, asking why we were still in the room and why we hadn't checked out yet, that the hotel was 100% capacity, and housekeeping was behind, and we should have been out by now. We told the employee that we had a late check-out and we were told that late check out was 1:00. Within approx 10-15 minutes, our room door opens. It was housekeeping. She did not knock first or announce herself. She just used her key & opened our door. We were still sleeping. Again, we told her that we had late check out. This is not only unprofessional but also invaded our privacy.

In town for a meeting. I stay here when I am in Tampa. 8am meeting no hot water. Cold Shower and Shave. No real concern from person at front desk.

My wife watches TV and keeps up with several programs on a weekly schedule....not all, but a large part of these programs are on CBS channel....this is very important to her, so we are going to move our monthly stay in your hotel to another location....please let us know if this situation changes ....thanks

Newer facilities, large rooms with comfortable beds and great staff, friendly, clean . . . BUT . . . TV service sketchy, can't get some of main channels like CBS; front desk missed wakeup call one day - especially critical considering purpose of visit was medical apptmt;s ; ..no real options close by for eating on the exit coming in - if late arrival, have to go out and hunt for food!
Do give discount for Moffitt patients - that's a positive!
