Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff not very helpful I checked in late one night. The front desk clerk acted like she had more important things to do than check me in. I was not greeted as a platinum elite member. I was not offered a gift bag or points. When I went to leave the next morning, my receipt was not placed under my door. It then took the clerk 10 minutes to get me checked out. The breakfast area was not clean and about half the selections were unavailable. I expect more than this from this location. September 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The staff made us feel so welcome. Richard, the person who checked us in was very nice and the Pamela who took care of the breakfast made us feel at home. The food was good except for the scrambled eggs. We could tell they were not real eggs. All in all, if we get back that way next year, we will definitely stay there. September 6, 2014

I worked around it, but was careful to make sure my back and shoulders were on the pillow, and could only sleep on my back. At other properties, we have received complimentary bottled water.
