Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Topeka I was working night shift and getting to my room at 6:30 AM. I let the front desk know we were working nights and they promised to let the cleaning staff know not to disturb me. Every morning I was there I was woke up at no later than 9:30 AM. The women cleaning the rooms would put the block in the door and just let it slam as they walked in and out of the rooms. Not just 1 or 2 but ALL of them. I complained to the staff and front desk but nothing changed. I complained to the manager and his response was to offer me $10 off one night stay. I checked out and moved to a different hotel. Both upstairs and next door, talking, tv, shower etc. Even snoring. This is crazy to hear all of these sounds. Tells me you skimped on the sound proofing November 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed We were expecting a lot nicer place since this is a fairly new hotel. The hot tub was broken for our entire stay, fixtures in the bathroom had been broken off the wall and not replace. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing at all, we ended up going and eating breakfast at a nearby restaurant for the three days we were there, an expense I wasn't expecting because I thought breakfast buffet would be better quality. On the upside if all you want is good customer service I have to say that was probably the only positive part of our stay. That being said it is highly unlikely that we will ever stay at this hotel again. November 6, 2014
