Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great value, though nothing outstanding The comfort and service was great for the price, however, the hotel didn't offer anything in the way of great breakfast options or other amenities that would truly make it outstanding. Staff was friendly but didn't go over the top to please. Overall, a great choice if you're looking for value and not expecting anything exceptional. December 20, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just Average The staff was friendly. The front desk person was very new but the evening manager helped things run smoothly. However, the room was an issue. Had a double queen room but one bed had sheets with several ling hairs from previous guests; lots of blue balls of "fuzz" or something; and were very brown. Really did not look like the sheets were changed from the previous guests(s). The TP was Very cheap and thin. Reminded me of deep budget hotels of the old days. Would only stay there again based on rate considerations. December 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Accesible Rooms My daughter is in a wheelchair and we have found Holiday Inn to be the only hotel that really understands her needs. The room is arranged for easy access, except for the microwave. Most importantly, they provide a shower bench. Most places do not do this, so their showers are useless. November 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Topeka I was working night shift and getting to my room at 6:30 AM. I let the front desk know we were working nights and they promised to let the cleaning staff know not to disturb me. Every morning I was there I was woke up at no later than 9:30 AM. The women cleaning the rooms would put the block in the door and just let it slam as they walked in and out of the rooms. Not just 1 or 2 but ALL of them. I complained to the staff and front desk but nothing changed. I complained to the manager and his response was to offer me $10 off one night stay. I checked out and moved to a different hotel.
