I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions for business over the past 3 years, and I've had good experiences every time I stay. The room is spacious, the bed & pillows are very comfortable, and the fitness room & wi-fi make it a great place to stay.

Great staff made this otherwise average hotel a very nice stay. They go out of their way for you. Feel free to chat up the breakfast hosts, they love to talk with you.

Would come back again just because the lady responsible for the breakfast service was so nice and pleasant and funny! VERY VERY few hotel employees ever enjoy their job as much as she does!

I had a great stay here--one of the nicest Expresses I've stayed at yet. Brand new with clean, fresh everything! Spacious rooms with comfy beds.

Very nice place to stay for a short visit at a reasonable value. The bed was very comfortable as was the room temperature for a great night's rest.

I enjoyed my stay, no problems. Would recommend if you want a reasonably priced stay in a clean place with an ok breakfast.

Just was not treated well from the start.
Made my advance reservation.
Was not welcomed as a recognized IHG Rewards member.
Never offered the amenities that go with my level of membership.
THERE WERE NO CARTS TO HAUL LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM.
NO RESTAURANT - NO LOUNGE - NO FRONT PARKING!
No assistance of any kind was offered to assist handicapped.
Front desk manager was distracted and unavailable - was not concerned to assist - only to police the rules.
had three nights reserved and moved to another Hotel chain that treated me with respect and was appreciative of me staying with them - THEY went the extra mile.
Will never stay in that Holiday Inn again!
The Hotel is only four years old but they haven't made attempts to serve or improve the facility or surrounding landscape - very out of the way location and with that kind of unconcerned and demeaning service they won't be there long. I understand that for now they have a Railroad contract and many of those staying are these individuals - without that room coverage - the place will struggle to stay open. Maybe that's why they are not concerned with the normal business traveler that simply expects to be treated with respect and have the few amenities that make travel bearable.
