Rude front desk upon check-in. Otherwise decent stay.

Hotel is great, clean and close to shopping and dining. The only downfall is when I travel for business they will not allow us to book at king room at the state rate. We used to be able to book this room using the state rate and it was wonderful for working and provided more room to spread out with co workers and complete projects.

The hotel was great just a little small inside the hallways. But the staff was phenomenal! They were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. The only thing I did not like about the hotel chain is the following: We were not able to redeem our rewards points toward an upgrade. We weren't even allowed to use some points and pay the difference for the upgrade. Our experience with other hotel chains do allow guests to upgrade by either redeeming more points for the room or redeem points and pay the difference.
Again, this hotel was great! The staff is what makes it so great! We definitely would stay at this location again.

The beds were comfortable and the room décor was nice. The pool area was clean. The breakfast menu was broad.

The Hotel was Ok. Bed was squeaky and old. The Staff was so so. Maid Service was bad, did not replace towels that were left on the ground on day two. Not sure what Platinum Elite gets me. I guess it is a celebration of how much money I spent with Holiday Inn last year. Happy Elite Status to Holiday Inn.
