Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location I always stay at this hotel because of the service I get and the location not to mention the price. May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comment It would be a good thing if coffee and tea could be available outside the hous when the (excellent) breakfast service is available While there is a coffee/tea maker in the room, only two cups is a bit on the short side. May 19, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Time for a refurb Hotel is nicely located, staff was very attentive, and hotel was clean. It is time to throw away all the furniture and start over. The desk in the room would have been at home in a garage sale. May 18, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly environment and clean! We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the clean environment. The breakfast was good and gave a lot of variety for those who do not have food restrictions. it would be great if some gluten free starch options were available other than rice krispies . It would be helpful if the meat and egg offering would indicate if they contain gluten. Overall it is a very good place to stay and is good value. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to come again! May 18, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service and excellent location Service is very good and its a nice location right at the center of downtown Toronto. The staff at the front office Mr.Ravish was good and was quite helpful. Overall it was a good stay, but the hotel can improve in the following areas: 1) Complementary internet in the rooms- the connectivity was not good and kept disconnecting when I was making overseas calls through skype (it was not a problem with skype). 2) There are no microwave in the room for me to heat my own food May 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel, noisey guests. The adjoining room was full of yahoo's, not the hotels problem really... the main issue was that my wake up call fro 5:15 was never sent... good thing I do a backup on my phone, otherwise my trip would have been a waste. May 17, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible hotel in an otherwise great chain The room smelled musty and like cigarettes, toilet ran all night and breakfast "room" is slightly larger than a walk in closet. Abysmal property. May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DOWNTOWN TORONTO FOR BASEBALL My niece and I just came back from a 2 night stay at this Holiday Inn. We chose it because we thought that it would be a good location for getting to BLUE JAYS games at the ROGERS CENTER. Was it ever!! A 2 minute walk to King Street, a short trolley ride, and a 3 minute walk down BLUE JAY WAY and, voila, you're there. The staff was very helpful. patiently answering all of our questions, and the breakfast buffet was GREAT!! We'll stay there again the next time that we come to see the RED SOX beat the BLUE JAYS.
