Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor management Below was may first review. It's very sad the management did not reach out to us and address these issues. I'm very disappointed! Pool COLD, very very small hot tub, mattress not able to get a comfortable sleep. Lots of goo breakfast food need more fresh fruit, yogurt etc.. more oatmeal toppings. House keeping in room was spot on, front desk a joy. Could not sit near the patio door to watch the view it leak cold air so bad you froze. We were on 8th floor and there were large rolling bins of laundry in hall they never moved bad look. Our floor had no ice i don't think it worked. The ceilings water leak dripping into the pool was disgusting. Of all the hotels on the strip sorry we stayed. Wish refund! if that tells you a rating. April 19, 2015

The general manager, Christina also was very pleasant and around . She and the staff were constantly sprucing and taking care of the hotel. April 15, 2015
