Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent basic room at a fair price The location is very convenient. It's nothing fancy, but everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Free wifi was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good too. July 8, 2015

I made a reservation that required modifications but because I wasn't able to make the changes, I had booked a new reservation under a different confirmation number. Guissepe was helpful and patient in regards to merging and updating the info on my two reservations and making sure my rewards number remained attached. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay! July 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location, Nice Clean Rooms. My stay was comfortable, the staff treated me well. The hotel is in walking distance of quite a few restaurants, and attractions---Just ask at the front desk! Some of the rooms are in culdesac spaces, so your neighbors may or may not be so quiet...something to get used to, or complain about (your choice). Other than that, Great Stay! July 4, 2015

In general this property has the feel of a renovated motel and is not the same type of property as other Holiday Inn Express locations I have stayed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall, nice We first got to the hotel, and thought the location was kinda sketchy, but there ended up being great food places near, you could get from the beach to Beverly Hills!! Easy drive to Santa Monica! Wasn't much breakfeast options... i had the same thing everyday. Front desk people are very nice. July 1, 2015
