Everything is good! Not even one bad thing in the hotel. Beach is right outside your room. Sand is soft. Food is good . Stuff of the hotel is very nice and helpful. Any problem you have -just ask .Can't wait to come back!!!!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic. The staff is tremendous and should recognized for their outstanding customer service under very trying circumstances.
The hotel is undergoing major renovations which should be completed by 15 Dec. Until then you should consider revising your dates if you are planning on going before that date.
When completed, this resort will be one of the best kept secrets in Aruba. Best beach and overall location that there is. Will definitely return next year and for years to come!!!!! Highly recommend this hotel. Not a 5 star, but you won't be sorry - I promise!

Just spent 13 relaxing days with the help of the entire staff. From check in to check out every HI Aruba staff member we encountered was helpful, and friendly. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. One HI staff member that stood out was John, from arrival to departure. Always with a smile. Remodeling was underway, but did not interfere with our stay. Food was so-so. Will definitely stay at this location again.

I booked the Holiday Inn in Aruba for our family of 4 due to the fabulous special that was told to me when I called the 1-800 #. I was told the hotel was having a fabulous special at buy 5 nights and 2 nights would be refunded back at checkout. I couldn't pass it up as we have always loved staying at Holiday Inn's. This was stated on my confirmation that I printed off. When I got to the Hotel, we were then told that they would not honor this even though I could show them my confirmation. This was now a huge chunk of money that we could not enjoy for vacation because we were told we would have to pay full price and no special. We were also told upon check-in that they would give us a fabulous room overlooking the gardens and partial beach. We ended up facing a parking lot that had been sectioned off with construction equipment. They obviously didn't care about taking care of the customer. The kind words came from the housekeeping staff that we would see in the hallways and cleaning our room each day, they were fabulous. I have some friends that are going to Aruba soon, and needless to say, they will not be staying at this hotel. When we got back home, I called IHG Guest Relations and after explaining what had happened, they called and asked the Hotel to do the right thing and they still refused, so the corporate office of IHG sent me a check for the 2 nights that I should have gotten from the Hotel. Thank you IHG, as I will continue to stay at your hotels, but never again at the Holiday Inn in Aruba.

I vacationed with a co-worker , and we had a great time. The water was beautiful, and people friendly. We had a excellent room...great ocean view. The bar made great drinks and food at bar was very good. we were disappointed in seafood night at the coral restaurant, there was very little seafood selections available...the rest of our time we just ate from the bar.
My co-worker who has very bad arthritis in both knees found getting in and out of the water difficult. We also noticied that many other people had difficulty as well, especially older folks. Just wondering if there might be a way to make going in and out of the sea easier. Considering there are now many "baby boomers" who are at retirement age, and they are traveling more, it could be very profitable and a great way to sell the resort. On same token getting lounge chairs that sat up higher would be great as well. As you get older its gets harder and harder to get up from such a low seat. Or even if you can not get higher lounger, maybe consider making concrete platforms under some of the huts, to set lounger on...just some ideals. I am looking forward to returning to Aruba next year., however my co-worker will not return because of the difficulty mentioned. Please consider making some of chnages suggested, because I would love my co-worker to come back with me. See you next year Donna

The hotel is very nice and the staff feels like family. I wish they can provide priority club members who are staying for long period like us with hot privileges instead of waiting in line everyday for 21 days!!. Sometime people go crazy and line up for a long time.
There is not much choices for the restaurants at the hotel either that is why we did not chose all inclusive. That was our choice though.

Although check in was slow, due I am told to an old computer system, the staff was cheerful and very helpful. The rooms are being up-graded and are very nice.

Just got back. My daughter and I had the best time can't wait to go again in July we stayed in a lanni ocean front room . We had no bad things to say . We will be back. Thanks Holiday Inn Priority club. Sharon
