Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great week in Paradise! Once again we had another great stay at your Hotel! Must give a shout out to the beach/pool guys - extremely helpful and friendly - and the front desk & concierge - super folks! One area that dropped from our previous stays, was the beach bar in terms of quality of drinks and service. I think this might have been caused because of several new bartenders (ladies) who's drink mixing skills are not up there with the more experienced bartenders. Also, because they were asking many questions and talking with the male bartenders, the entire beverage service slowed down and suffered. Hopefully this will improve as they gain more experience(?). But our stay was fantastic as it has been every year we're there! We really DO feel like we're back home! Thanks again for another enjoyable and fun week in paradise and we can't wait until we return next year. February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another week in Paradise! Once again we had a fabulous time in Aruba and at this Hotel! I'd like to send a big shout out to the Beach/Pool staff for their excellent service and friendliness. Also, the front desk and concierge - great group of people. We love coming back to this Hotel because it really does feel like "home"....everyone makes you feel that way! The only "negative" - if you can call it that - was the beach bar. The quality of the drinks and service seemed to have taken a "small step backwards" from last year. My guess is that there were several new bartenders (ladies) that made drinks that were not of the same quality as those made by the guys. Also, they had to rely on the male bartenders to answer their questions, which caused the whole drink making process to slow down at times. I appreciate that there is a learning curve with all jobs/functions and I'm sure the new "mixologists" will be humming along in no time! We want to thank the entire staff for making our yearly stay a very enjoyable and happy one, and look forward to next year's week in paradise! February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent accomodations We enjoyed our stay (Family of 4; total 9 in our group) at Holiday Inn Resort. Everything was up to our expectations as far as cleanliness, location, overall appearance. The food was good; although we thought $20 for a Bfast buffet was a bit high priced. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Beach is great; Pools are very clean and nice. Our brother recommend this place as he had been months prior; we will return and would recommend. The only thing to note is that the rooms only have a choice of KING with couch pullout or 2 doubles. That was a bit tight for a family with teenagers (thought they'd have queens). We managed OK in double beds, but not what we are use to. Great place..... February 7, 2016

We do offer beach/pool towels. Upon check in, each guest shall receive a towel card, which you can use to obtain a towel for use within the hotel pool and beach. After you are finished, you return the towel and receive the card back. We hope to see you soon.

Yes, you get a card that you exchange for a towel and then when you return the towel at the end of the day, you get the card back.
