Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent resort We stayed here for a week to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We elected not to do all inclusive, as we enjoy walking to neighboring restaurants and deciding where to eat based on a whim or the recommendation of other vacationers. This part of the beach is excellent. There are all sorts of water sports available. You are a very short beach walk to all the local pirate/sailboat tours. The jeep tour folks come to the hotel to pick you up if you elect to take that journey. You really don't need to rent a car or walk very far to get anything that you need on your vacation. The sand and water are perfect. There are no rocks, sea creatures, or really any waves to speak of. The ocean is very calm on this part of the beach. The wind is blocked by the hotel, so you won't get sand blasted at all. You can also waste an hour or two every day in line so you can sign up for a tiki covered beach chair/table for the following day. We elected to suck it up and brave the sun instead. On the plus side, the chairs and tiki huts are free to all hotel guests. The hotel and rooms are very well appointed and clean. Desk and service staff are great. Room service is okay, but the best bet for breakfast is the coral restaurant buffet. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great facility but...... I am impressed by the layout and facilities offered by the hotel. Multiple pools alleviated congestion and access to the beach was a bonus. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It was also in a great location. However I didn't particularly fancy a room overlooking the backyard at the same price as one with a sea / pool view. Further my biggest grouse stemmed from the check in process. At the time of reservation I specifically requested early check in since my flight arrived early. After being assured I made the reservation. That was not the case on arrival . None of my two rooms were ready and the earliest I got one was at 3pm. As such I waited for 5 hours!!!!! Additionally, the buffet breakfast menu need to be varied each day. Pretty much the same thing everyday. Not many choices if u are not a pork, beef eater too. Overall it was a good vacay and I would definitely return. April 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional customer service My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn in Aruba from 3/31/15 to 4/7/15 and unfortunately during our stay I turned my foot and broke one of the bones in it. Needless to say my mobility was severly impared but the staff came to my rescue and saved my vacation. The manager Brenda was my angel and provided me with crutches and a wheelchair to use so that I could move around the property with my family. The pool and beach personnel were wonderful. Miguel arranged for us to have a beach hut that was easily accessible for me and the rest of the crew supplied water and greeted me each day with a smile and genuine concern. They eased my fears and showed my family and I the hospitality Aruba is famous for. They make you feel like family. The property is beautiful, especially the garden area and the location is perfect! We will be going back to visit our new friends. April 10, 2015

We do offer beach/pool towels. Upon check in, each guest shall receive a towel card, which you can use to obtain a towel for use within the hotel pool and beach. After you are finished, you return the towel and receive the card back. We hope to see you soon.

Yes, you get a card that you exchange for a towel and then when you return the towel at the end of the day, you get the card back.
