Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Muy buena estadia Aunque el hotel estaba en remodelacion la estadia fue muy buena, las habitaciones limpias y confortables, el acceso a la playa es lo mejor solo a unos pasos y cerca de la piscina, buena atencion de su personal y el desayuno (que fue lo unico alimentacion que adquirimos en el hotel) excelente buffe. La ubicacion es excelente al frente tiene un centro comercial que hay actividades en las noches y hay de todo :) Lo recomiendo especialmente para planes con niños. February 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Great Time in Aruba! This was our 3rd time in Aruba and we were so excited to see the changes and improvements made to the Hotel. The Lobby is absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to see the completed lobby bar! This Hotel has the best staff on the island; they are so friendly, helpful and accommodating - my hat goes off to all of them and a great Management Staff. The only glitch I encountered was a problem with the computers in the Internet room; they were down most of the week we were there. When the Lobby Bar is completed it would be nice if it served coffee and dessert items (pastries, ice cream, etc.) for those guests that wish to have something prior to turning in for the night. One more suggestion if I may: a dedicated computer/terminal and printer for guests in the lobby that has icons/apps for all the airlines on its' desktop so they can print boarding passes. This device would not have access to the internet - just to the airlines for the purpose of printing boarding passes. I think this would be a good customer relations initiative. See you next year! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My 1st visit to Aruba It was a very shocking experience when we arrived. We were not aware the hotel was under a huge construction. There was a very small room used as a lobby which was very crowded and lots of complaining customers. The beach was nice but the pools were drained most of time, pool bar was closed and there was constant jack hammering, and very loud and noisy construction going on. I'm thinking of coming back with a few friend but a little apprehensive. People who had visited the place previously said they were shocked but their past experience was much better. January 29, 2014

The hotel staff are most welcoming, gracious, warm, and attentive, including the front desk, the staff in the restaurants, the bars, the beach attendants, and housekeeping. We reserved an ocean front room, which was large, immaculate, had a very comfortable bed, balcony with table and chairs, nicely furnished, wide screen tv. The food and service in the restaurants and bars was excellent. The prices in the restaurants and bars were most reasonable for a beach resort. Breakfast buffet was included in our room price; and, was excellent. The beach and pool area is very well kept. Looking forward to our next visit. I am a Gold Ambassador January 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful trip with my daughter I used my points for a weeks stay in Aruba. I had sent an email worrying about construction after reading some reviews and explaining that I was taking my daughter for her birthday. I received a reply the next day that there would be no construction and they upgraded me to a partial ocean view. We checked in to a beautiful room overlooking the pool and beach. I think this view is nicer than just ocean view. I received breakfast coupons for the week on arrival and hut for the next day due to being a priority club member. Everyone was so nice. From the staff at the check in, to the restaurant staff to the maid service. Our beds were turned down every night with fresh towels and a chocolate. We were just two women traveling and I never once felt unsafe. There are plenty of restaurants across the street and down the road to walk to. Also the two for one drinks at happy hour at the pool were excellent. It was a perfect vacation at a perfectly lovely hotel. Thanks Holiday Inn Aruba we will be back. January 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel with Location, Location, Location!!! Our family of 4 (2 boys - age 13 & 11) traveled for the 1st time to Aruba in Nov. 2013. Holiday Inn was the perfect location! Even though we rented a car, we were able to walk to shopping, eating, etc. The hotel was in the process of being renovated, but that did not bother us. We stayed in a renovated oceanfront room, which was beautiful & extremely clean. The Beach was the best around, wide with plenty of room!! When we return to Aruba, we will definitely stay here!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, clean, clean My husband and I spent 7 nights here right before Christmas. I have to say, the Holiday Inn did a great job with the room renovations. Our oceanfront room in the Sea Tower was wonderful. The room was nice, exceptionally clean, smelled great (clean and fresh, not chemical type smell), everything worked well and the view was to die for. Check in was so easy and they had reserved a palapa for me the next day. When I got to the room, I requested extra pillows and they were brought up immediately. I have to comment on the overall cleanliness of the hotel, even the bathrooms by the beach/pool area were immaculate. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you were satisfied. My only suggestion is to put magnifying makeup miirors in the bathroom. It's a minor thing, but us women will get a lot of use out of it. Even the blowdryer worked great. I brought my own, but wasn't necessary. The bed was comfortable, although I tend to like a firmer bed. January 7, 2014
