The resort is beautiful. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Workout room was great. Outside pool was heated and was comfortable to use even in mid nov. As priority members,they gave us free drink coupons and snackfood most every evening at the lounge. Security people were present all day and they were as friendly as they were observant. We cound not ask for a nicer place to stay.

I really loved the fact that the resort was extremely comfortable and I really didn't have to leave the resort because everything I really needed was on the property. Relaxing getaway :-)

I stayed here for one night in December of 2012 while on a working road trip. I was lucky enough to be able to take my wife and son along, and this was the perfect place to spend a weekend night. The pool area was large and comfortable, and included a large kid area. There were 2 hot tubs, and all of it was open untill midnight. All the rooms have an ocean view, and beach access is right off the pool area.
I enjoyed the stay so much that I am thinking about taking the family back for a week long stay in the near future.

We were here for an Army Reunion---it was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very nice & comfortable--the staff went above & beyond to make our stay nice!! We will return here for another vacation.

My friend and I had a girlfriend week-end here in 2011 and was blown away with the whole experience but was very disappointed this year, 2012. We did not feel we received the amenities for the price in 2012 and we do not plan to have our girls week-end here again.
On Sunday morning we went downstairs to get our car to go to a restaurant away from the hotel and it was mayheim. We only saw one shuttle running and it was raining too hard to walk to the parking lot. Many people were checking out and no one was helping to make sure the carts were being shared correctly, it took us over 30 min. to catch the shuttle to just get our car to go out to eat, very disappointing.

Front Desk staff were friendly & knowledgable and ROBERT was personable and very helpful when on shuttle duty.
ROOM Decor and Furnishings were attractive and coordinated. The Full Size refrigerator with an ice maker was a PLUS! Our 8th floor room had great views of tropically landscaped grounds, the heated pool and two jacuzzis and the lovely beach. Pool Side Family Movies and kids SplashPad made us wish we had our grandsons with us.
We ate one breakfast & one dinner in THE VIEW restaurant - very pretty facility with great service & good food. Amazing views from the SunSet Lounge balcony and night scapes were pretty with torches lit along the property. Entertainment was also pleasant.
The many NON SMOKING areas were much appreciated!!
Too bad smokers toss butts from the balconies!
Also, feeding the gulls and pidgeons might seem like fun at first, but then the birds become pests to all who venture out to their balconies, so signage to discourage bird feeding MIGHT help.
Bathroom Vent did not work and was replaced within 10 minutes of being reported - excellent!
We both have bad backs so found the mattresses lacking and pillows were not quite as comfy as they looked. The only other negative comment we have is that elevators & landings might have been cleaned more often - same cigarette butt was in the groove of the door for the week we were there.

Although I shared a review after our stay, I don't mind sharing another one, in which I provided the names of the nice gentlemen who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Throughout our stay in May 2012, many personnel made us feel special. We were supposed to return for our anniversary in June, but I became ill. Thanks again to the special people who made our stay extra special (Lee, Mike). I forgot some of their names, but there was a young security person who greeted us upon arrival-he always ensured that we were happy with our surroundings, and a younger guy who served as the valet-due to special needs that I have, he inquired about special parking for me. I enjoyed the outdoor music each day and the activities that were planned. Everything was so wonderful. Yes, we plan to come back at least twice or more a year. Everyone was friendly and the onsite restuarant's food was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach front Holiday Inn in Panama City Beach. Room was clean, beds were comfy & the A/C worked great!! The staff was excellent from begin to end!!! The wonderful surprise was the on-property kid's water park area & the movie theater outdoor scene that had family fun movies at night!! We will be back :)

The room was furnished to my liking and we had a great time. The Service was slightly above average even when i asked the desk to just send some creamer to the room they delivered without question and were courteous. Great Job Holiday inn, my family has enjoyed Holiday inn accomadations for over 3 decades and to this day we have never been dissapointed.

As a platinum memeber, I stay at a wide variety HI properties nationwide.
This group went above and beyond and I had to figure out why? After meeting Assistant GM Nelson, I i knew. Not oonly is Neslon a true professional about the business, but he truly care for the employees and guestst of this resort.
The way he warmly spoke to everyone and engaged with everyone he passed by was amazing to me.
I will recommened this hotel to everyone I know that travels.
Thanks for a memorable experience.

My husband and I stayed here for three days...we would have stayed longer but Hurricane Sandy was bearing down near our home. Thankfully, we were spared!
The resort is beautiful! I cannot say enough about the staff, the location on the Gulf, the wonderful amenities and the beauty of the resort. The rooms are good and we enjoyed ourselves. But they are starting to show some wear and tear and are due for a renovation. Also, our bed mattress was wearing out. However, this would not deter us from staying here again and again and again.

This place is the place to stay!! the staff makes our many trips here so memorable! It was our 17th stay and our 17th anniversary!!! They made us a poster and got a cake and announced it to the whole hotel (well everyone that was outside). and for days there was people saying happy anniversary! We love this place! and all the people!

We really enjoyed ourselfs. There was so much to do right there at the resort, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, stay by the pool & relax, bar right there so you can enjoy a nice frozen drink like pina coloda, strawberry daquire & etc. and get a Great Tan. Best of all I loved looking out on the deck & seeing the Beautifull view of the ocean every morning & evening. Our maid (wiman) was the best. She was so friendly & gave us great service. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back next year....... Thanks ladydi.

I found this to be the best managed Hotel in this brand that I have ever seen. I have stays in this brand from Petra, Jordan to almost every state in the USA , yet no other hotel can match the great managment of this hotel.
