Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! We had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, and a great location. We enjoyed the service on the pool deck, and ease of beach access. The on site restaurant and bar were both very good as well. There is plenty to do on property and within walking distance. We stayed in room 519 and had a great view of the beach. The balcony only had 1 chair though and the AC unit was quite noisy when trying to sleep. May 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by this is my 2nd stay and I will come back again The hotel is clean. The swimming pool is beautiful and the kids loved it. Walking distance to the beach. Standard check-out time is 11:00am, but I was able to get an extra hour to check-out. Overall, it is a very good experience. May 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Setting, nice beach & pool. Food is great! The restaurant was phenomenal, the beds comfortable but hotel is rather pricey because you are on the beach. The only problem I had was the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. I'm elderly and had to walk down 7 flights and just as I got to the bottom, they announced it was over & we could go back to our rooms. This occurred around 7:00 in the evening so no one was sleeping. Someone said it was a fire drill. I do not find that comforting when paying a lot of money to relax and have a drill. If it wasn't a drill, they should have given us some kind of explanation. They are limited in the snack area and there's nothing within walking distance to purchase snacks. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. You pay a little more than some hotels but you get so much more in return. My kids loved the lazy river pool and all the fun activities planned daily just for them. Very relaxing for the adults. The service was superior! The atmosphere was fabulous. We plan to visit again as well as visiting other Holiday Inn Resorts in the future. Only tips I would offer for the hotel to make it an even more awesome experience would be: 1. Add is a requirement for room key card access to the pools on all the gates. I have seen pool gates with the key card requirement at other hotels and this keeps people from other hotels from walking in from the beach, etc., more so than the bracelet method I would think. 2. Frozen drinks from Tiki bar need a better mixer or something. I am not a bartender by far but the ice in the frozen drinks was a little chunky. Don't get me wrong, they were still tasty. Just a thought so they would be more smooth. Again,we absolutely LOVED the hotel! Will recommend it to anyone I know going to the Pensacola area. May 19, 2015

YES!!! You walk right out of the hotel, go through the pool area, over a wooden bridge and right on to the beach.

Thank you for your question. We do not offer the complimentary continental breakfast with your stay because the resort brand focuses on fresh cooked to order breakfast items. We also offer a breakfast buffet for quick access that includes a full array of breakfast items. You can order off the menu or eat the buffet option. We serve only the freshest products.

they do offer packages that include this as an option, but I would never recommend the restaurant to anyone, I have had nothing but bad service year after year, food not so great,
