Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No TV, No Phone etc.. The property itself is very attractive and the rooms are refreshingly different. Unfortunately, that is where it ended with me. The TV was not working and it took ~hour to get someone to the room who could not fix it!! The phone was also not working and they could not fix that either. I had to walk down to the front desk to report these problems. I also had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service which did not arrive for over an hour though they did reduce the bill and provide a free dessert. The problem with all this was that i just wanted to go to bed before 10:00 PM because I had an early flight but could not because I was waiting for TV repair, room service etc.. January 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel option near ATL airport If you are looking for a nice and affordable Hotel near the Atlanta airport, the Hotel Indigo is a perfect option! It is brand new facility with nice, clean and refresh design rooms. The staff was very friendly and provided a grest customer service. We booked a stay, park and fly rate at a great value. The shuttle provided a good service too! I definetly recommend this Hotel as an option if you need to stay close to the airport. January 11, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not ready for Prime Time - great concept, disappointing execution. New, fresh, interesting design. Nice fixtures - place felt brand new. Room was fine. Several issues - got in around 8 pm - didn't have my PC membership number with me, no offer to help retrieve it. Many properties naturally do that. Immediately went down to the restaurant, which was mostly lighter fare - ordered a cheeseburger - they were "out " of cheeseburgers? Settled for a club sandwich - cold and tasted as if it were made the day before - but the little bag of potato chips looked to be just opened....underwhelmed, though the server was pleasant. Lastly - the electrical outlets in the room were somehow sealed shut - never seen anything like it. I tried to plug the coffee maker in, and not one outlet in the room would accept the plug. I could plug in my phone charger, which was only two prongs, but anything with a ground, like my computer, no luck - and I know a little about cords, and plugs and outlets.....so.....at 6:45 am, when I went to check out, KIM at the front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay, and I very pleasantly and quietly said - "it was ok, but I probably won't stay here again" , to which she replied " do you have something you'd like to tell me " in a condescending tone, and I described the situations with the plugs, and she said, "Oh, you must have been in a new room that the engineering staff hasn't checked and fixed the outlets yet" - as though that was my fault....here's an idea....don't put people in a room that isn't ready....and....since it was 6:45 am, they had no coffee ready....went to a Waffle House and got some.....no apology, not expressed concern or desire to do better. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Service I've ever had Building is new, so hotel is very fresh and clean and rooms are spacious. Bar and restaurant are excellent, but what really sets this apart is the staff - From the shuttle service, wait staff, to the management, by far the best service I have experienced. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating - service was above and beyond expectations. Will definitely be back, and will continue to stay at Hotel Indigo's from this trip forward whenever possible. November 13, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for money - and EXCELLENT access to public transport Very fresh and nice hotel, excellent access to public transportation - Marta/ the metro is 5 minutes walk away (or 10 for a slow walker), so it is very convenient to get in to central Atlanta. Super fresh hotel and I especially like the wooden floors. Very nice staff, very helpful. Only minus is that it is a bit loud as the airport is so close, I had earplugs but it would be a good idea to have a pack of earplugs together with the shampoo etc in the bathroom, for those who didn't think about it, you don't want ot have to call the reception in the middle of the night. Plenty of power outlets, comfortable bathroom, really sweet cleaning staff (when I mentioned that I don't drink decaffinated and asked if I could have one extra coffee with caffeine, they replaced all the decaffinated with "real" coffee, which really impressed me. It is the little details that make the whole difference. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to stay in a hotel close to Atlanta airport. There are some very nice places in College park as well, but as there are also some areas that are a little bit rougher, you may want to ask the staff where to go rather than just wander about, especially if you like me donät have a car. I did some walking around anyhow but that's me, I wouldn't recommend it to everybody. November 7, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 50th Birthday Celebration I started out with another major hotel chain requesting to book a block of rooms. To my fortune and their misfortune they never contacted me. I decided to try Hotel Indigo College Park, GA; I am so happy I did... From the beginning the Group Booking team was very responsive. The process to secure the block of rooms was effortless and individual reservations were easy too. I cannot speak more highly of the staff, room, restaurant everything was perfection! Did I mention hardwood floors in the rooms; extra plus if you have allergies! My guests were totally happy with the close proximity to the Marta station and local restaurants literally a short walk and the Shuttle service very convenient too. I live in College Park and I stayed at the hotel to be close to my guests; I will definitely recommend Indigo College Park over and over as the BEST and First Choice in the Atlanta area! Thank you Indigo for being the icing on my cake in celebrating my 50th Birthday! November 5, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay The design of hotel is refreshing and rooms are quite different from the normal design of other IHC brands. The staff is friendly and helpful. I received a voucher for breakfast in which I had intended to take advantage. However, being told that it opened at 6:00 AM giving me plenty of time to catch my morning flight, the waitress informed me that the chef had not arrived and there was no one present that could cook, after waiting nearly 30 minutes had to leave. The hotel is located near the Atlanta airport, but is not as convenient as others in the area. October 6, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love the lack of wall to wall carpet! Always try to stay at an Indigo Hotel. The rooms just feel SO much cleaner without the carpeting. Our room at the Atlanta airport was spacious and the shower was awesome. I realize not all Indigos are that new and as big, but all that I have stayed at will win my approval for cleanliness! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, Great Room & Great Coffee! Hotel offers a modern feel and style. I loved the hardwood floor look... made everything feel clean and light! Beds and pillows reflect several of the more pricey hotels. And, there is a Keurig Coffee Brewer well-stocked for the stay. It was perfect! Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived! They beamed Southern Hospitality! With late arrival, the staff gave us great ideas for a late night meal. The hotel offered great options for lunch before leaving town. When I travel, this will be the hotel I look for first! July 21, 2012
