Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Nice stay Stayed here on points for Fleetwood Mac concert at American Airlines Arena. Friendly staff, especially the bartender. Hotel has a lot of history - just ask. Location from venue was a bit far, but there is a shuttle to take you there for free. December 18, 2014

Stayed to visit our Son who had a gig at a local bar in Deep Ellum and it was safe to walk the streets at night. Valet parking was wonderful and staff at the desk were great. Will book again!!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice experience Stayed at Hotel Indigo to attend daughter's graduation at the University Center. The room was small, but bright & clean. I loved the light/cheerfulness of the hotel decor. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Strolled to downtown restaurant for dinner, enjoying the Christmas decor. Would love to come back (from suburbs) to attend a show at the Majestic; much preferred to having the long drive to & from downtown. December 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful stay with exception to restaurant staff!! Hotel staff was excellent, room and stay was great with cute and bright decor, but I was ignored and then spoken to with disrespect by the restaurant staff both mornings when I tried to get breakfast. I was there on business and didn't have time to do much about it then, but I can imagine it was just a couple of negative people who just happened to make the entire restaurant experience a bad one 2 days in a row. I would be willing to go back and address the restaurant staff with the hotel manager. December 15, 2014

When I would ask for a recommendations, not only did they have suggestions but they would have a print out of the place..like a menu or information. We had valet parking which was very nice. At times we did not have our car after calling, but we did survive. Once we came down they immediately did get our car and was very apologetic. December 14, 2014
