They go out of their way to make sure that their customers needs are taken care.This was my 4th stay at this hotel and I will continue to make this my destination hotel when I'm in Dallas. It is located in a nice area of Downtown Dallas and is convenient to a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Although the menu at the hotel is limited, the meals they do have are very good and the service that goes with it is excellent, whether you are dining in or having room service. Kudos and Thanks to all of the staff at the Indigo Dallas for a great 6 day stay. January 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Downtown Hotel Indigo Please understand that other than the original check in front desk individual, all other staff was top notch. The room itself was satisfactory, just not the placement. I knew that the King Suite was available in the corner away from the elevator as I have stayed in them many times, but the check in individual lied to me and said they were only across from the elevator (after I was already taken to my room by the bellhop). I needed the suite, as during the day for my three night stay I was working from the hotel. Needless to say, the elevator traffic seriously disturbed my work performance. I do not know if I will stay there again simply because I was misled. But I will say that my previous 10 or so stays have been wonderful. You should give it a shot, just may not again myself. If you do, make sure you research exactly what you need before hand. January 15, 2015

It kept us warm enough, but cooler air blew from the vent in the sitting room and right onto whomever sat on the couch across from the vent. It wasn't comfortable. Since we didn't spend that much time in the room, it wasn't a huge hassle, but was a bit annoying when we were there. January 5, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience Treated less like a mature guest and more like a irresponsible teenager, forms were required to be signed excluding everything from the moment we arrived. It must be the only hotel which closes the bar at 10pm on New Years Eve. Myself and the group of friends who stayed at this hotelon New Years Eve were very disappointed. January 4, 2015
