Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Liverpool city stay The hotel is well located for the City centre. Good rooms with comfortable beds. We had Business class which included a complimentary Mini bar. Excellent staff, who were very helpful when we needed information. The restaurant needs to have a more intimate atmosphere which we were told was due to happen early in spring 2015. All in all a good hotel we most certainly will use again. January 25, 2015

This was my second stay at this property, as good if not better than the first time (which takes some doing) one of the best stays in a hotel for a very long time. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Better than your average budget hotel Great central location, spotlessly clean, very generous self service breakfast with plenty to choose from. The room I had was small but clean and brightly decorated. I had everything I needed. There was a selection of toilettries in the bathroom. The shower was really hot with plenty of pressure (so much better than competitors who think a tepid shower is an acceptable temperature). There is a fridge and kettle and iron in the room and complimentary snacks and drinks. I liked the decor which was much more stylish than many other budget hotels. There was a gym - it was quite small but adequate. January 20, 2015

The Staff, the facilities are all top quality. I find the quality and value for money extremely hard to beat and will continue to use this hotel. January 19, 2015

It also has a very personal touch which many larger hotels dont have. I would certainly stay there again January 15, 2015
