The hotel is wonderful, the bed was great. Loved the decor. Wanted to tell others how fantastic the food was - lunch and dinner menus were outstanding and would highly recommend travelers try them. The meals at Hotel Indigo were by far as good or better than many of the fine dining places we visited in Liverpool. Just because it is in a hotel, don't think it is average. The food was exquisite! The atmosphere is excellent, the colors make it cheerful and familiar at the right point. Great idea the free minibar: a little bonus that does not cost much but make the guest confortable. Rooms were lovely and clean (Maybe a wee bit hot thankfully it has aircon) Breakfast fantastic, everything you could ask for. Had a meal in the MPW restaurant which was very nice. Very good choice at breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Very good coffee. Had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant which was part of the deal booked with travel zoo. The free minibar items were a nice touch as was the complimentary bucks fizz. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. August 12, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern and Stylish Hotel My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2012. We had booked a table in the restaurant and the waitress who served us was quick and efficient and very helpful, excellent service. We both ordered steak for our main course and they were cooked to perfection. We booked an Executive room very clean, infact spotless, the bed very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to the Albert Dock and a stones through away from the shops. Would definitley stay here again August 12, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay As priority club members we arrived to find our check-in ready and just a matter of signing-in which took seconds, very well done. Your staff were outstanding; helpful without being obtrusive. The hotel is ideally positioned and we found access to the city on foot really easy especially the water front, the "hop on, hop off" bus stop was right outside the front door. The rooms are starting to show a little wear, our bathroom needed resealing, just indicative of age. Although we didn't use it the mini bar was complimentary and had beer, crisps, chocolates and water. My wife loved the fluffy bathrobes in the bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will stay there again in the future. August 11, 2012

Ideally situated close to the Waterfront, easy convenient secure parking round the corner. Hotel very clean, fresh and modern but with old-fashioned quality of service. Liverpool can be noisy at weekends from pubs, hen and stag parties but all was peaceful within and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent - good choice and quality - v. slight niggle about speed of coffee machine and access around it. Loved the cotton lights in breakfast room. Would happily come again. Good service, and knowledgeable staff. Pierre Marco White restaurant good value, good food and good service, and, thankfully, unpretentious. We booked a weekend away on an extremely good deal which included dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic value for money, i wasn't expecting a great deal considering the price we paid but i was extremely pleased to say it was one of the nicest stays away i've had. From the moment we stepped foot through the door we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who went out of his way to help with luggage, gave us a map and asked if there was anywhere specific we wanted to visit and pointed this out to us with great directions to the shops and the docks. The room was decorated very modern which is what we look for when we go away and was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable night away. We went downstairs for drinks before dinner and then were lead through to the dining room which again was fantastic with lots of choice (we ate off a set menu but the A'la Carte menu also looked good.) The food and drinks were reasonably priced, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful offering reccommendations and going out of their way to make our evening enjoyable, all the staff at this hotel obviously love their job!! The only slight criticism we had that the main course's (all 4 of them) were slightly too salty for our liking but not off putting enough for us not to enjoy them still!! Overall a fantastic experience in a great hotel, we will definately be returning!! August 8, 2012

Literally only a 5 minute walk from the heart of Liverpool One, and just far enough away not to get caught up in all the traffic. The decor is beautiful, lots of storage space for clothes etc..., very clean and the gadget of being able to hear the TV in the bathroom is fabulous! Would definately stay here again. August 6, 2012

Our welcome into the hotel was friendly and smooth and, when we went up to our room, we couldn't believe our luck! The room was clean, comfy with a fantasic shower and good television/radio facilities. Sitting outside for a drink before dinner was lovely as we could see the docks. We had dinner in the Marco Pierre White restaurant which was delicious. The service was second to none and we couldn't ask for anything more. Our plan was to head into Liverpool for drinks but we actually stayed into the hotel at the bar for the evening drinking some wonderful cocktails! Thank you Hotel Indigo, we will be back! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Wonderful experience This was the first time my daughter and I had stayed at the Indigo Hotel and we will certainly be returning. All staff we came in contact with were friendly and obliging. The decor is modern and refreshing. The bed was "absolutely divine" you just sank into it. The restaurant food and service could not be faulted. The only fault was that Marco was not in attendance!!!!!!!!! We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Keep up the good work August 2, 2012

It was just as good as displayed on the computer, Very modern and very quiet. Also very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Will definately stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you ! Check in was professional and my room was comfortable, however if I had to do a great deal of work on my lap top the desk space would not have been sufficient. That said the room was very comfortable, decor modern. The only negative was the size of the gym and the fact that the air conditioning was not working so the small room became very hot. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stay 20th july 2012 Had a great stay at the hotel in july. the staff were all excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. the room was very good with a nice shower and very clean. in a great place for visiting the city centre on foot as everywere is so near. had a meal in MPW steakhouse which was really good and later had drink in bar which was packed but hotel had a lovely chilled out feel. The breakfast was great with a wide variety on offer and very good quality food. Hope to stay again in future. July 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Hotel This is an amazing hotel with superb decor and really reflects the local neighbourhood. We stayed in an Executive room as it was a special occassion but I have to say I wouldn't just use this for a special occassion in the future because the package for B&B was great value for money and I would be more than happy to pay that little bit extra on any occassion. The additions of wine within the mini-bar was great then the added bonus of movies included great value for money. Staff as soon as we walked through the door to leaving the next morning were faultless, nothing was too much all very friendly and made you feel more than welcome. We dined in the MPW restaurant again a faultless experience and the food was amazing and the added bonus of very friendly staff who were on the ball. This is an amazing hotel we will use again and look forward to trying others within the Hotel Indigo Group. I just hope they can all have staff as friendly as here at Hotel Indigo Liverpool. Don't just take our word for it this a must for all to try..... July 25, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by birthday experience My Wife and I stayed for four nights from 10.07.12-14.07.12. The room was lovely with the waterfall shower and white fluffy towel every day. The bed was comfy. The breakfasts were fine when we asked for food well done, we got it. We had a good meal for my wife's birthday in the Marco Pierre White Restaurant and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne. The Hotel was in a good location for Albert Dock, The Ferries and The Liverpool Museum. We would definitely stay there again. July 25, 2012

Aveda products in the bathroom and complementary snacks and drinks in the mini bar - always a plus! The bed was pretty soft but still got a good sleep and the breakfast included everything you can imagine from fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, bacon, eggs etc. Would highly recommend afternoon tea. The place is spotless and modern deco and have to says it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in in a while, even beats the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn’t book a table at Marco Pierre White restaurant but I happened to ask if they had a cancelation or could fit us in, and they did. That was a winner! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay for celebration Found the staff very helpful, polite and gave great customer service. Room was clean and decor modern, a refreshing change. Noted on booking form was a celebration but no mention of it or additional complimentary item, would have been a nice touch and made our stay more special. Tea and coffee provided & adequate for 2 cups. Complimentary mini bar a plus. Would have liked more toiletries, only one item of each (shampoo, conditioner) but more body lotion. No toothpaste either (which we didn't bring). Bathroom v.clean, towells and dressing gowns all lovely, white and fluffy. Breakfast was nice, good choice, hot plates and food topped up all the time. Choice of hot and cold food and plenty of it. Staff very attentive. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again. July 17, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Regular visitor I have been staying here most weeks this year on business trips to the city. I keep returning because of the natural friendliness of the staff (not over trained in customer chat), I like the breakfast options, its close to the office and if you book early enough the rates are good value. The main issue for me is the unreliability of the wifi. It varies from room to room and is actually a great frustration. If I find I need a constantly more reliable connection because of work I will have to consider this in my choice of hotel. The rooms are not always laid out in a way that gives best viewing access to a tv that is rigid in its angle of viewing; and the bedside lights have become so unreliable they are now disconnected. These gripes aside my general view of the hotel is positive reflected by my continuing custom. July 16, 2012
