As our son had just moved to a very small flat around the corner we thought we would try out Hotel Indigo. It was just as good as displayed on the computer, Very modern and very quiet. Also very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Will definately stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you

This is a hotel with some class and care s taken with how guest are treated. Check in was professional and my room was comfortable, however if I had to do a great deal of work on my lap top the desk space would not have been sufficient. That said the room was very comfortable, decor modern. The only negative was the size of the gym and the fact that the air conditioning was not working so the small room became very hot.

Enjoyed by the whole family - grown up children were as impressed as their middle age parents.
Great location for Liverpool sites , shops and musuems etc.
Excellent service with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. we would definetely stay again and would recommend eating both in the bar or restaurant.

Had a great stay at the hotel in july. the staff were all excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. the room was very good with a nice shower and very clean. in a great place for visiting the city centre on foot as everywere is so near. had a meal in MPW steakhouse which was really good and later had drink in bar which was packed but hotel had a lovely chilled out feel. The breakfast was great with a wide variety on offer and very good quality food. Hope to stay again in future.

This is an amazing hotel with superb decor and really reflects the local neighbourhood. We stayed in an Executive room as it was a special occassion but I have to say I wouldn't just use this for a special occassion in the future because the package for B&B was great value for money and I would be more than happy to pay that little bit extra on any occassion. The additions of wine within the mini-bar was great then the added bonus of movies included great value for money. Staff as soon as we walked through the door to leaving the next morning were faultless, nothing was too much all very friendly and made you feel more than welcome. We dined in the MPW restaurant again a faultless experience and the food was amazing and the added bonus of very friendly staff who were on the ball.
This is an amazing hotel we will use again and look forward to trying others within the Hotel Indigo Group. I just hope they can all have staff as friendly as here at Hotel Indigo Liverpool.
Don't just take our word for it this a must for all to try.....

My Wife and I stayed for four nights from 10.07.12-14.07.12. The room was lovely with the waterfall shower and white fluffy towel every day. The bed was comfy.
The breakfasts were fine when we asked for food well done, we got it.
We had a good meal for my wife's birthday in the Marco Pierre White Restaurant and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne.
The Hotel was in a good location for Albert Dock, The Ferries and The Liverpool Museum. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Indigo. The facilities were great (fab shower). Aveda products in the bathroom and complementary snacks and drinks in the mini bar - always a plus!
The bed was pretty soft but still got a good sleep and the breakfast included everything you can imagine from fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, bacon, eggs etc.
Would highly recommend afternoon tea.

Lovely hotel and ticks all the boxes. The staff are very nice and helpful and hotel in run smoothly. The place is spotless and modern deco and have to says it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in in a while, even beats the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn’t book a table at Marco Pierre White restaurant but I happened to ask if they had a cancelation or could fit us in, and they did. That was a winner! The food was amazing, and excellent service. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Found the staff very helpful, polite and gave great customer service. Room was clean and decor modern, a refreshing change.
Noted on booking form was a celebration but no mention of it or additional complimentary item, would have been a nice touch and made our stay more special.
Tea and coffee provided & adequate for 2 cups. Complimentary mini bar a plus.
Would have liked more toiletries, only one item of each (shampoo, conditioner) but more body lotion. No toothpaste either (which we didn't bring). Bathroom v.clean, towells and dressing gowns all lovely, white and fluffy.
Breakfast was nice, good choice, hot plates and food topped up all the time. Choice of hot and cold food and plenty of it.
Staff very attentive.
I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

I have been staying here most weeks this year on business trips to the city. I keep returning because of the natural friendliness of the staff (not over trained in customer chat), I like the breakfast options, its close to the office and if you book early enough the rates are good value.
The main issue for me is the unreliability of the wifi. It varies from room to room and is actually a great frustration. If I find I need a constantly more reliable connection because of work I will have to consider this in my choice of hotel.
The rooms are not always laid out in a way that gives best viewing access to a tv that is rigid in its angle of viewing; and the bedside lights have become so unreliable they are now disconnected.
These gripes aside my general view of the hotel is positive reflected by my continuing custom.

I usually like traditional styling so was unsure what to expect but I needn't have worried.The interior design of the hotel is stylish and refreshing. It reflects the vibrancy of the Waterfront area which has been imaginatively developed in the last few years. The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Overall it was a credit to Liverpool and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Recently we had to work in Liverpool. We choose Hotel Indigo for our stay as it promised an attractive price/value. We enjoyed a nice room, clean room, with a lot of extras. On the unhappiness side, I didn't like the bed and the size/shape of the pillow, I never was fully refreshed in the morning. Further, while Internet was included it always was unstable, slow and pretty unuseable. While it was possible with patience to view a few pages I didn't succeed to upload one photo although I tried for >20min. Even past midnight. The breakfast was typical UK, unhealty stuff like sausages, ham and toast triangles pan-fried(?) - as continental European I never get used to that in the morning. All in all an ok stay, but next time I would choose another hotel as sleeping well is the overriding priority.

Pity you don't get discount on parking as with the Glasgow Indigo hotel.
The Bar prices are higher than expected.

I couldn't fault this hotel, it is in an ideal central location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotlesly clean with sumptiously soft beds.
We had a meal in Marco Pierre White's restaurant and it was everything you would expect from an award winning restaurant. The food was simply exquisite. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a break in Liverpool.

Firstly called ahead and asked for nearest parking. Was told Capital and directions given. It was terribly wet weather, i walk to Hotel which isn't too far to find a car park on the corner opposite. I asked reception why i had been advised of Capital and she said it was cheaper! (I asked for closest not cheapest)
The room allocated when i got there had not been serviced and was full of take away food wrappers and a total mess. Back to reception i was allocated another room, this was at the far end of a very winding corridor and modern but small, there was chewing gum stuck to the shelf on the desk! Bed was very comfortable. I was told the restaurant was down the steps to the left of reception as i came out of lift and also breakfast was served here. This was not the Hotel restaurant where i could have received a 25% discount, it was the MPW restaurant. Very embarrassing and confusing. Reception should point out the Hotels restaurant is the bar area at front of house!
Overall very disappointed, will use another brand on my next visit!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights last weekend, the hotel is fine and in a good location close to everything you want to see in the city center,
The bar, the cocktails were great and the staff serving them were extremely knowledgeable and gave us great service. I would highly recommend you try a few drinks in the bar!
MPW restaurant, we were brought the wrong starters over to the table, then the same thing with the main course, no big deal really but I was expecting better service from a world famous chef's restaurant.
The worst bit was when the meal did arrive (we chose the Chateaubriand to share), they cut the meat off to the side of the table and served it onto our plates, no big deal you might think, but what then happens is that you lose all the juices from the meat as they are left on the chopping board and we were left with rather dry and chewy meat, not what I would expect from this caliber of establishment, they really should change their service levels and think about how they serve their meat as it is not cheap but left us thinking it could have been much better.
Would I recommend the hotel and bar YES, would I recommend the MPW restaurant NO.

Booked an Executive Room, 405 from memory. Bright and cheerful decor, comfortable bed and good facilities for business user including media hub/printing etc. Good quality breakfast and very friendly staff. Really good location for the CBD, stone's throw from Liverpool One and the Waterfront for shopping/leisure.
Negatives - room size was adequate but suspect a standard room would be more than cosey. Recommended parking site was convenient but pricey at £17.50, a lot of other city centre hotels broker discounted deals for circa £10 not sure why the hotel can't! Air con a little noisy and necessary as hotel was on the warm side.
None of these points would deter me from staying in the future and the positives far outweigh the negatives here, I would say you would be pushed to find a better hotel for the price, location and quality.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo over the June Bank holiday weekend and haven't stopped raving about the room! It was so brightly decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Our room was at the front of the Hotel with floor to ceiling windows and views of the Docks. Just a shame about the weather!!!!!! We didn't eat in the restaurant but will next time. The staff were so friendly and helpful (even in the small hours!) so we will definitely be staying here again!
The free mini bar was also a huge bonus!!!!

This was our first visit to Liverpool and we did some research on the internet before we chose this hotel.
It definitely lived up to our expectations, breakfast was really good and our only disappointment was that we didn't get around to booking a table in the restaurant for dinner and it was full when we went down to enquire.

This was our second visit to Hotel Indigo in Liverpool and again it was agreat experience. Hotel is great and the breakfast fantastic. In a great position for all the Liverpool high spots and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a modern, boutique style venue with great little surprise extras.
