I stayed in hotel for 5 days, room of good size with excellent facilities.
Bed very comfortable , high standard of cleanliness.
I found staff very pleasant and helpful, quiet neighbourhood good sleep quality.
Near Liverpool st station and underground. Walking distance to tower bridge, tower of London, St. Paul's and st Catherine's dock.
Enjoyed my stay, felt very safe and secure as I was on my own, but meeting family and friends on a daily basis

The staff are amazing! Being new to London, we needed assistance with directions and the staff always immediately had the right answers. The room was fabulous!

After a free upgrade to the Suite room on our floor, we found ourselves in a stylish and nicely furnished apartment-style suite, with a separated living space and bedroom.
The bed was comfortable, with stacks of pillows (perfect for a pillow-horder like me). There were roadworks outside the hotel, but with the windows shut we could only hear them if we really tried. The walk-in, ceiling-mouted shower was fantastic, too.
On the downside, the floor is made up of exposed boards which, while pretty, can be quite creaky and loud when people above you are moving around their room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by simon50yes Great welcome and faultless rooms in A1 location
I loved it here, and if you too enjoy the individual and unique vibe of an Indigo experience it will not disappoint. It's also a superb location, handy for Shoreditch as well as the Tower district. And finally, if you thought it was impossible to find a genuinely engaged and friendly welcome in a city centre location with a team throughout who seem genuinely pleased to welcome you...then you are in for a pleasant surprise.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JDM8 Great Stay
I quite enjoyed my stay here. The room was excellent, customer service was wonderful, and the IHG Rewards perks were great. Location was perfect for leisure with easy access to the Tower of London area, the tube station, and plenty of places to eat/drink nearby. Definitely will be my go-to when staying in this area of London. The only issue was a spotty wireless connection, but the wired connection was fine.

Stayed for just one night, but would definitely return. The décor was modern and chic, the staff incredibly friendly and the room was good value.

I am a regular user of IHG hotels, and seeing that the price for the Hotel Indigo was lower than normal, I thought I'd give it a go because of the location and my previous experience at the Glasgow Indigo. The hotel and room was everything I thought it would be with one significant black mark. The room decor, the hotel location, the quality of the public areas, the better than average facilities, were all as I would expect from the Indigo brand. The let down was because our room was next to the service stairwell and we were woken uncomfortably early on a Saturday morning by the sound of footsteps going up and down the stairs. I am sure that this was a problem unique to this room (Room 104). We will stay there again, but I will be sure to ask for a different room.
