Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 一流的服务，完美的景观 酒店位置非常棒，出门右拐就是中山路，非常方便，住的海景房，非常无敌的鼓浪屿风景，最喜欢坐在窗边看夜景。房间的设施非常现代化，自动的窗帘与感应马桶可以算是一大亮点。酒店的员工非常的热心周到，所有疑问都可以迅速解决。早餐品种丰富，热餐虽是单点但是上餐速度很快，欣赏着海景吃早餐是非常的惬意。酒店每天都会送上水果或者厦门特产，非常贴心。美中不足的是，前台办理入住的速度比较慢，可能是最近接待人数太多吧；房间内的设施还是有些缺少，床头边没有纸巾盒，小桌旁没有垃圾桶，很不方便；最最失望的是床垫，太软，每天睡醒就跟打了一仗一样，浑身酸痛，而且床头部分根本没有承重力，睡觉的时候总有种仰着头的感觉，建议酒店增设硬床垫，一个酒店的好坏关键就在于床垫的舒适度。另外，建议酒店能在房间内增设一份以酒店为中心的小地图，方便出行。 February 19, 2013

The Hotel hardware is not better than Indigo Shanghai, but the staff and service are both second to nobody. I like the location where has a good river view. I like the welcome tea in lobby when you just arrive and wait for checking-in. I like the river-side restaurant. And, I like my wife forever. January 31, 2013
