Falta mejorar comodidad en las habitaciones (colchones y almohadas incomodas), variedad en los alimentos, parte del personal debe tratar al tursimo nacional con la misma importancia que el extranjero. Tomar en cuenta la opinion del huesped en el registro con respecto a si es fumador o no?, que den opcion de escoger habitacion con o sin balcon, planta baja o 2do piso etc.

The staff was superb! They showed true passion for their jobs and their friendliness towards the vacationers was true and not just an act. If we needed anything at all they were willing to act on that immediately, not 30 minutes later. The staff seemed like they were happy to be employed with your company, and this showed up in their performance. This made a positive impact on our stay.

This is the 8th year we have vacationed at the Intercontinental Presidente Ixtapa. We began with just one week, but for the past several years, we have vacationed there for two weeks,mainly due to the wonderful service. Our experience has always been amazing, mainly due to the wonderful staff at the resort. They meet our every need, are always willing to help with anything, and make us feel like we are at "home". In fact, they greet us when we arrive each year with "Welcome Home!" They remember from year to year what we drink, that we like toast and bacon (the bacon there is the best!) for breakfast, etc., etc.! Our stay is wonderfully memorable each year. The change made this year with offering a different type of cuisine each night of the week was wonderful and we really enjoyed this feature. Thank you for giving us the best vacation ever each year!
