    Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay away from the old tower This hotel is in need of major renovation and I believe they started doing some. During the day you will hear jack hammers in the background while you try to conduct a business meeting. The a/c in my room did not work and it took 2 days to finally fix it. They had to replace the complete a/c unit. Not once did they offer me another room. They also did not clean up after they finished replacing the unit. The water was switched off during the night without any warning. When I came back form dinner I could not shower or wash. When the water came back on the next day it was filthy brown. I complained at checkout and all I got was the usual "We apologize for the inconvenience". There is a new tower next to the old which appears to be in a much better condition. Do yourself a favor and make sure you don't say in the old one, even though the lobby is super nice and classical. The breakfast buffert was superb and the staff were excellent. 14 April 2015
