Siamo stati accolti con un sorriso da entrambe le signore al momento del check-in. Sono stati molto disponibili e professionali durante il nostro soggiorno.

We chose Avid based on our son’s recommendation. The customer service was great, facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of fresh towels, soap and shampoo.

5 star service at a convenient property. In town for U of A game or graduation? This is the perfect place to stay. Conveniently located and offers a super clean environment with modern amenities. Great staff and extremely well run hotel.

Im traveling with a four month old and this hotel room bed was so comfortable she immediately fell asleep. My husband and my father both woke up relaxed and ready for another long haul. The shower felt heavenly for a sticky mom who needed a minute to herself.
Very comfortable bed pleasant smell staff was so pleasant breakfast was very good

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at while on vacation the staff was so friendly and everything was nice and clean I will stay here again and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends

My only complaint was the overwhelming air freshener smell in the lobby and hallways that filtered into the room.

It looks like a new building.
It was cleaned and people were nice.
The room and bathroom were cleaned.
I enjoyed a fresh coffee in the lobby and the gym.

This is a great location for me by being right off the highway. This was a very good location for me.
The hotel was very modern. a "minimalist" hotel with everything I needed.
The hotel and rooms were clean and was pleased by the spacious room that I had.
Highly recommend this hotel brand,

Access: fairly easy if you know the area/listen to GPS
Service: EXCEPTIONAL!! Check-in & Check-out was nothing short of easy, quick, and informative
Elevator: works great; it’s roomy I’d say about 5 ppl and 4 with luggage would fit; it didn’t make any weird or loud noise
Room: clean, no weird smells, spacious enough for 1-2 ppl, but 4 ppl shouldn’t have any issues if they booked a double bed. There’s enough space for luggage to go in the room.
Bathroom/Cooler(Microwave in lobby): clean, no stains, great water temps & water pressure, easy to use
Linens: clean! No bugs, no stains, no hair strands, no weird smells
AC/Heat: works great! Coldest temp I got was 64/room can get really dark when shades are down
Recommendations: floors could use a good sweep/swiffer. Wear your “room socks/house slippers” always when traveling!
Parking lot: clean, shares space with 2 other hotels.
Breakfast: quick, nutritious
I would book here again

James and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and allow for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast selection is above average and the gym allows you to get in a good workout.
The best part about the stay is the price. Avid is fairly priced for Tuscaloosa whether it be a football weekend, parents weekend, or a slow weekend.
