Great stay and caring staff

I had not needed this hotel but the other hotel refused my cat. What a pleasant surprise.
Will stay there again when needed!

Snowstorm and stranded 1am!

Had a surprise snowstorm roll in and had to stop for the night at 1am in the morning and brought my dog with for the trip. The lady at the front desk was immediately aware of my presence and acknowledged me kindly from a desk in the back of the office area. She was very helpful with all my questions and concerns, and was able to make the check-in process quick and painless. The room was perfect in every way and already fairly warm, very accommodating! Was able to get cleaned up and made comfortable quite quickly. Had to listen to plow trucks from another establishment around 3am, but that was my only distraction. Upon check-out the Candelwood staff was out clearing the entrance and sidewalks, and parking lot was getting a second round of cleanup already. Check-out was again very quick and painless and I was treated with the same helpful attitude. Everything about the stay was top notch!

I do wish there were more and healthier options for food on-site ... Especially breakfast!

This was the first time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. The staff were great and everything was very cozy and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I like it it may made good sense to stay there next to the interstates, food was close. Only thing missing was breakfast

The staff at this hotel did a great job of welcoming me to the hotel and telling me about the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a great view from the room.

My husband was being operated on and I needed to stay in Kearney while he was in the hospital. I used points and cash for the stay, had a few problems with IHG Corporate but with the help of the staff we got it figured out with no problem!
