You may change your PIN online after signing into your IHG® Rewards Club account and clicking on "Personal Information".
What if I have forgotten my membership number?
You can call your nearest IHG® Rewards Club Service Centre or email us to retrieve your membership number.
How can I add my IHG® Rewards Club number to an existing reservation?
Simply view the existing reservation and click on the "Add A IHG® Rewards Club Number" link near your name.

How long will it take for my points to be credited to my account?
The participating hotel is responsible for posting IHG® Rewards Club points to a member’s account after the eligible business meeting or special event is completed and paid. It may take up to 6 weeks for your points to post. Please check your account online or contact the hotel where you booked to check the status of your IHG® Rewards Club points.
How do I make my reservations in order to earn points for booking on behalf of other?
Beginning April 1, 2015 you can earn IHG<sup>®</sup> Business Rewards points in two ways: You can either call the Reservations Office to book up to nine hotel rooms or you can call the hotel directly to book rooms, business meetings, wedding services, and other special events.

Yes, the person staying at an IHG hotel will be able to earn IHG® Rewards Club points, as long as they are enrolled in IHG® Rewards Club and the rate booked is a qualifying rate for IHG® Rewards Club. As the booker, you should record the IHG® Rewards Club numbers of all stayers at the time of booking to ensure everyone gets their points allocated correctly.
