More Rewarding Meetings Offer (the ‘Promotion’) is a promotional offer available at participating IHG® hotels throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. The Promotion is available to global meeting and event planners and applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings of 10 guest rooms or more and which have a minimum value of $1,000 or more (or local currency equivalent). To qualify for the Promotion, the group, meeting or event booking must be booked with a mutually signed contract between 1 September 2026 and 31 December 2026, and bookings must be consumed by 30 June 2027. Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com> meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only), Cvent.com, and VenueDirectory.com. Check at time of enquiry if a hotel is participating in this Promotion.

The promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between 1 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 and consumed by 30 June 2027. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before 31 December 2026 for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The discount and Business Rewards Promotion components are not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after 30 June 2027 or for any citywide bookings. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 1 September 2026, or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply, and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract.

The promotion is available at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts in the following countries ("Participating Countries"): Albania, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe. References to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to the Participating Countries only.

The promotion is valid at the following participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts: Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Garner Hotels, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn – the niu, Hotel Indigo, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Noted Collection, Regent Hotels, Staybridge Suites, Vignette Collection, and voco hotels located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

There are three components to the Promotion as follows:

Component one: Save on meetings – Bookings in this Promotion may be eligible for a benefit to be included as part of their booking and which may vary by hotel and are subject to availability at participating hotels.

Up to 5% off the total contracted bill, to be included as part of their booking. Discount may vary by hotel and is subject to availability at participating hotels. Discount includes up to 5% off the total contracted bill, at the time of signing the agreement, at the discretion of the hotel, for guest rooms, non-labour, food, beverage and catering, and meeting room rental charges, up to a maximum discount of US $10,000 or the equivalent in local currency. Discount of up to 5% off the contracted total excludes third party charges such as outsourced or contracted audio visual, florists or décor provided by third party vendors). All other charges on the master account invoice must be paid in full, and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimum spend may apply which will vary at participating hotels. Component two: IHG Business Rewards 2X Plus offer (available for bookings from 1 September – 30 September 2026) – To be eligible for the IHG Business Rewards 2X Points offer (“2X Points Offer”), a person must be an IHG Business Rewards member, which includes acceptance of the IHG Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, and the member must have registered for the Offer. By clicking “register now” in connection with the promotional materials for the Offer, a member is registering for the 2X Points Offer and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Once an IHG Business Rewards member has registered for the 2X Points Offer, the member can earn double (2X) the IHG One Rewards points on Qualifying Spend for stays, meetings, and/or events that are booked during the period from 1 September 2026 through 30 September 2026 (“Booking Period”) and completed during the period from 1 September 2026 through 30 June 2027 (“2X Points Offer Period”). Additional details on Qualifying Spend are provided below. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotional offer, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s account.

For this 2X Points Offer, earning “2X” or “2X points” or “double points” on stays or events booked and completed within the applicable periods as set forth above means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two (2) times the base IHG One Rewards points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG® Business Rewards member. Therefore, under the 2X Points Offer, a member can earn three (3) base points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend and an additional three (3) bonus points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend, for a total of six (6) points for each $1 USD. The three (3) base points earned are considered Elite Qualifying Points that count towards IHG One Rewards Elite status. The three (3) bonus points awarded as part of the 2X Points Offer are Non-Elite Qualifying Points under the IHG One Rewards program.

Points awarded under this 2X Points Offer are based on Qualifying Spend within the 2X Points Offer Period only. While there is no limit on the number of stays, meetings, or events that may be booked under the 2X Points Offer, there is a maximum of 120,000 total points (which is the amount that would be awarded for $20,000 in Qualifying Spend) that can be earned on any one qualifying stay, meeting, and/or event covered by this 2X Points Offer, including all guest room bookings and other Qualifying Spend linked to such stay, meeting, and/or event. Spend for stays, meetings, and/or events that were booked outside of the Booking Period or that were not completed within the 2X Points Offer Period will not qualify for 2X points under this 2X Points Offer. Earning Examples for Business Rewards 2X Points:

Examples of points awards under the 2X Points Offer follow:

• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the 2X Points Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $5,000 USD during the 2X Points Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of six (6) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 30,000 points (15,000 base points + 15,000 bonus points).

• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the 2X Points Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $20,000 USD during the 2X Points Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of six (6) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 120,000 Points (60,000 base points + 60,000 bonus points).

This 2X Points Offer is available only for bookings at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts in Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa unless prohibited by law. The participating countries are: Albania, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Hotels that do not participate in this Offer include Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas, Ruby Hotels, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, and other alliance hotels that do not participate in or are otherwise excluded from IHG Business Rewards. 

Members must confirm that the hotel where they are booking a stay, meeting, and/or event is a participating hotel for purposes of the 2X Points Offer. Group bookings for 10 or more rooms or attendees may require a direct booking with the participating hotel and may also require a signed contract for the group meeting/event.  If the stay, meeting, and/or event is not booked under the member’s IHG One Rewards account using an official IHG.com online booking site, the member will need to confirm with the participating hotel that their IHG One Rewards account number has been linked to the stay, meeting and/or event in order to ensure that any earned bonus points available under this 2X Points Offer will be awarded. This 2X Points Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

This 2X Points Offer and IHG One Rewards and IHG Business Rewards membership are subject to the IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions, which can be found here or by visiting www.ihgonerewards.com.  IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent use of the 2X Points Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account or a member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program or this Offer is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the 2X Points Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, IHG also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the 2X Points Offer. This promotional offer is valid only for the original recipients invited to participate in the 2X Points Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this 2X Points Offer must be made by October 31, 2026.

Points earned through this 2X Points Offer can be used towards Reward Nights, merchandise, and other redemption opportunities. Redemption options are available in the IHG One Rewards catalogue. Please visit www.ihgonerewards.com to see all redemption options available, which may vary by country.

IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands:

• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.

• The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba. Not all Iberostar Beachfront Resorts participate in IHG One Rewards. The current list of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts can be found here.

• Ruby Hotels will be continuously integrated into IHG One Rewards starting in 2026. Please check the individual hotel website for participation information.

Component three: Complimentary unique experience – Eligible bookings will receive a complimentary unique experience as part of their booking, subject to availability at participating hotels. The experience offered will vary by hotel and may include food and beverage, wellness/active, or local and cultural experiences, at the discretion of the participating hotel. Experience inclusions will be communicated to the booker prior to the booking date. Experiences have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be substituted, modified or withdrawn by the participating hotel at any time. Advance booking, participant limits, or other restrictions may apply. Please enquire at the time of booking.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
