Your Choice Offer Terms & Conditions
The Your Choice Offer (“Offer”) allows full-time employees of an Eligible Company, defined below, to choose between a status or points offer for earning. An eligible company is defined as a small to medium size company that does business with one or more IHG branded hotels located within the same city or neighbouring cities. Eligible Company is defined as a local negotiated rate account that has 5,000 employees or less and 50 business travellers or less. An employee of a local negotiated rate account is defined as an employee of a local small to medium size company that does business with one or more IHG branded hotels located within the same city or neighbouring cities and is a company that has 5,000 employees or less and 50 business travellers or less. The Offer is valid for qualified stays between 17 June 2019 and 31 October 2019 (“Offer Period”) which are booked through ihg.com or Eligible Company booking tools. Must be an IHG® Rewards Club member and register to participate in the Offer. If not a member, enrolment is free at www.ihgrewardsclub.com. Enrol in IHG Rewards Club and then register for the Offer to be eligible. The two Offers are mutually exclusive – members cannot register to earn both double points and Elite Status offers. Once a member is registered for one offer, they cannot unregister. Offers cannot be combined. Please check with your travel programme if you are unsure.
Below are the terms for each offer. Please note that by participating in this Offer you are not eligible to participate in other IHG points-based campaigns during the Offer Period.
Only employees of an Eligible Company can participate in this Offer.
The Offer is valid for reservations consumed during the Offer Period. Reservations consumed prior to registration or outside the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer. This Offer is available for each new booking/stay during the Offer Period.
Offer status upgrade and/or points will be awarded into each member’s IHG Rewards Club account within six weeks of completed stays and following Eligible Company employee verification.
IHG reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Offer if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Offer. Offer and members are subject to the IHG Rewards Club membership terms and conditions found at ihgrewardsclub.com. By participating in this offer you are not eligible to participate in other IHG points-based campaigns.

I. Your Choice – Fast Track to IHG Rewards® Platinum Elite Status
All full-time employees of an Eligible Company, who register in advance and stay at any IHG hotel between 17 June 2019 and 31 October 2019 (“Offer Period”) will earn Gold Elite status after two (2) qualifying nights and Platinum Elite status after five (5) qualifying nights during the ‘Your Choice’ offer, plus 1,000 bonus points for each qualified stay at Crowne Plaza® or Holiday Inn® (“Offer”). Eligible Company employees must book their stay using their IHG corporate travel booking codes through the Eligible Company corporate booking tool or book direct at ihg.com to be eligible to participate in the Offer with an Average Daily Rate of more than $35, or the equivalent in local currency, to be eligible for the “Offer”. Bookings made through online travel agencies such as booking.com or expedia.com or other similar reservations sites will not be included in this Offer; these are considered as non-qualifying stays. Status upgrades and points are awarded pursuant to the IHG Rewards Club membership terms and conditions found at ihgrewardsclub.com.
Once a Member receives a status upgrade during this Offer, the Member may keep such status through the 2020 calendar year, after which the status must be earned for the 2021 or 2020 calendar year, respectively, and beyond in accordance with the IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions.
II. Your Choice – Double Points
All full-time employees of an Eligible Company, who register in advance and stay at any IHG hotel between 17 June 2019 and 31 October 2019 (“Offer Period”) will earn double points on each stay up to 15,000 points in total (“Offer”). Eligible Company employees will earn double points, plus an additional 1,000 bonus points for each qualified stay at Crowne Plaza® or Holiday Inn® branded hotels. The additional 1,000 points per stay at Crowne Plaza® or Holiday Inn® hotels will not count toward the 15,000 max double point earnings. Eligible Company employees must book their stay using the corresponding IHG corporate travel booking codes through the Eligible Company’s corporate booking tool or book direct at ihg.com with an Average Daily Rate of more than $35, or the equivalent in local currency, to be eligible for the “Offer”. Bookings made through online travel agencies such as booking.com or expedia.com or other similar reservations sites will not be included in this Offer. Points are awarded pursuant to the IHG Rewards Club membership terms and conditions found at ihgrewardsclub.com.
Offer points will be deposited in July 2019 for all completed and qualified June 2019 Stays; in August 2019 for all completed and qualified July 2019 Stays; in September 2019 for all completed and qualified August 2019 Stays; in October 2019 for all completed and qualified September 2019 Stays; in November 2019 for all completed and qualified October 2019 Stays and following Eligible Company employee verification.
Bonus points earned through the ‘Your Choice’ offer are non-Elite qualifying points meaning they do not count towards Elite status.
