Terms and Conditions for the “Greater China Weekend Stay Bonus” Campaign:
  1. Eligibility:
    Must be an IHG® Rewards Club Elite Member(subject to the member status by 00:00 on 1 April 2018) in Greater China (including China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, the same below), who has registered for the Accelerate promotion for 2018 Q2/Q3 between 17 April 2018 and 31 July 2018 (Beijing Time, both dates inclusive). The Elite Members include the IHG® Rewards Club Gold Elite Members, IHG® Rewards Club Platinum Elite Members and IHG® Rewards Club Spire Elite Members, who have all registered for the membership with the domicile in Greater China.
  2. Promotion period:
    Eligible Elite Members should book a qualifying weekend stay between 10 May 2018 and 31 July 2018 (both days inclusive), and complete the stay and check-out in such promotion period (Beijing Time, both dates inclusive; if a Member checks in/out beyond the prescribed timeframe, the participation shall be deemed invalid for the promotion). A Weekend Stay means a stay of two consecutive nights as a minimum, which includes Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday night stay.
  3. Participating hotels:
    IHG® hotels in Greater China. This promotion excludes InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise and Holiday Inn JiuzhaiJarpo that have suspended business.
  4. Promotion mechanism:
    Eligible Elite Members complete the following qualifying weekend stays in the promotion period after registering for the Accelerate promotion for 2018 Q2/Q3, and then will receive the appropriate Bonus Points:

    1. Complete the first weekend stay to earn 1,000 Bonus Points
    2. Complete the second weekend stay to earn additional 3,000 Bonus Points
    3. Complete the third weekend stay to earn additional 3,000 Bonus Points
    4. Complete the fourth weekend stay to earn additional 3,000 Bonus Points
      A Weekend Stay means a stay of two consecutive nights as a minimum, which includes Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday night stay.
  5. Award issuance:
    1. Eligible Elite Members complete the qualifying weekend stays in the promotion period(for both check-in and check-out), and then the appropriate IHG® Rewards Club bonus points will be charged into the members’ valid accounts within 8 weeks after completion of the qualifying stays.
    2. Eligible Elite Members may earn bonus points from both the“Greater China Weekend Stay Bonus” campaign and the “A Bonus Weekend Stay” in the Accelerate promotion. Issuance of the Accelerate promotion bonus points must comply with the terms and conditions in the Accelerate promotion for individual offers.
  6. Other rules:
    1. To participate in this promotion, members must log into the official IHG® website, IHG® hotel brand websites or official IHG® app (“IHG® - Hotel Booking& Rewards”), or call the IHG® hotels in Greater China directly or dial the hotline 4008840888 for room reservation.
    2. In the promotion period, each eligible Elite Member may receive up to10,000 bonus points only by completing qualifying Weekend Stays, which is not associated with the number of bookings or the room charges the member pays. No further bonus points will be awarded beyond 4 Weekend Stays; however, such extra stays may be counted towards the Accelerate promotion offers as per the terms and conditions in the Accelerate promotion for individual offers.
    3. The one who checks in and stays at a participating hotel must be the member himself or herself who has registered for the promotion, and no other person or member shall stay in on his or her behalf.
    4. No retroactive points or miles will be awarded for stays prior to member registration.
    5. Only one room per member per Qualifying Stay will be awarded the applicable bonus points. If more than one member checks into the same room, only one member is eligible for the applicable bonus points, or other benefits (if any) available under the applicable offer.
    6. A Stay is defined as one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency of check-in/out in such period.
    7. Payments will be settled in local currency. Applicable taxes and service fees may be charged.
    8. A Stay constitutes a “Qualifying Stay” when member pays qualifying rates, which include most business and leisure rates at InterContinental®, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Kimpton®, EVEN® orHUALUXE® hotels in Greater China.
    9. Bonus points are not issued for Non-Qualifying Room Rates or Non-Qualifying Stays. A “Non-Qualifying Room Rates” or “Non-Qualifying Stay” includes the following: net wholesale individual and group rate, certain package rates, employee discount rate, friends and family rate, crew rate, special discounted contract rate, seasonal worker/crew rate, 50% travel club discount rate, travel industry discount rate, distressed passenger rate, IHG® Rewards Club Reward Nights/Airline Hotel Reward rate, rates booked through third party web sites, complimentary hotel stays and any other rates not defined as a Qualifying Room Rate at IHG’s sole discretion.
    10. If for some reason (including, but not limited to, force majeure) this promotion cannot be carried out as planned, the sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion.
    11. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation of the promotion and the right to modify the rules of this promotion from time to time.
    12. A member may raise an objection within 60 days upon completion of the Promotion (“Objection Period”), if such member has any doubt about his/her eligibility to the promotion, qualification of his/her participation toward the Bonus Points or rewards, or the amount of the points or rewards he or she has actually received. IHG® shall retain said qualification of members, Bonus Point information and other relevant records within the Objection Period, beyond which these information could not be retrieved any more due to system restriction. All the losses resulting from the member’s failure to raise an objection shall be undertaken by the member.
  7. In addition to these terms and conditions, the promotion is subject to standard IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and earning structure, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihgrewardsclub.com. The sponsor reserves the right to remove a member's Bonus Points and/or account according to the terms and conditions specified here, the IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions or other measure, if fraudulent use of the promotion is detected.
  8. Language: These terms and conditions are originally prepared in Chinese. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
