Terms and Conditions

Europe Autumn Offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made between 17 and 30 September 2026 (the “Booking Dates”) for selected stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe, India, South Asia, Africa and the Middle East from 21 September 2026 through to 21 June 2027 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Early and Save rate” during the Booking Dates. 

The Offer provides a discount for IHG One Rewards members when booking through IHG direct channels (IHG website and call centres) at participating hotels of 19% off the participating hotel’s public Best Flexible Rate using the Book Early and Save rate. Additionally, IHG One Rewards members booking through the IHG mobile app save 23% off the participating hotel’s public Best Flexible Rate with Book Early and Save rate. 

The Best Flex Rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Bookings of the Book Early and Save rate in this Offer must be made at least four days in advance of arrival at the participating hotel and are non-refundable with full payment for the entire stay to be taken by the hotel prior to the day of arrival. No refunds for bookings that are cancelled or changed. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. 

Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Additional charges may apply for upgraded room types. You must be an IHG One Rewards member at the time of booking to qualify for the member rates. 

Offer is valid at participating InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Ruby Hotels, Regent Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Garner Hotels, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn- the niu, Holiday Inn Express, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, and Candlewood Suites hotels located in Europe, India, The Middle East and Africa.

Iberostar Beachfront Resorts:

During the promotion period, Members staying until 30 April 2027 save up to 20% using the “Pay Later” rate and, and up to 30% using the Pay Now rate.  Members staying from 1 May 2027 until 31 October 2027 save up to 15% using the ‘Pay Later’ rate and up to 25% using the Pay Now rate. Promotional rates for Pay Later and Pay Now available at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts located in Spain, Portugal, Montenegro, Tunisia and Morocco.

General Terms for the Offer

Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers may not be available at participating hotels) apply and rates are subject to availability. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included for most of participating properties. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities.

Certain room types such as premium rooms and suites may be excluded from the promotional rate offered by participating hotels. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. Final bill will be in the hotel local currency.

The Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be in the hotel’s local currency. 

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion. 

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points for IHG One Rewards members. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.
