Autumn Member Offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for selected IHG One Rewards member bookings made between 24 September 2025 until 10 October 2025 (the “Booking Dates”) for selected stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe, India, The Middle East, South Asia and Africa from 24 September 2025 – 30 June 2026 (the “Stay Dates”) during the Booking Dates.
The Offer provides a discount for IHG One Rewards Members at participating hotels. Members save 10% off across all public rates (excluding Stay Longer, Pay Less). Public rates include the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate), Book Early and Save Rate, Book Early and Save with Breakfast rate, and Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Additional charges may apply for upgraded room types. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts have different booking terms – see below for further details.
Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival and are non-refundable with full payment for the entire stay to be made between the time of booking to the day of arrival. No refunds for bookings that are cancelled or changed. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.
If you are not a member, you may still have access to the non-member Book Early and Save Rate, which offers a minimum of 10% off our Best Flexible Rate at participating hotels in Europe, and a minimum of 5% off the Book Early and Save rate at participating hotels in the India, Middle East, South Asia and Africa region. A small number of participating hotels may offer more flexible booking conditions during the Booking Dates with an Advanced Saver rate which may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to check in and cancellations after this date will incur a one-night charge. Check that you are booking the most appropriate rate at the time of your booking.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Offer. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Offer or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Offer.
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts
Participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are offering IHG One Rewards members 10% off the public Pay Later rate, and bookings by members can be changed or cancelled 4 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival/check-in date at the hotel with their Pay Later rate. If an IHG One Rewards member cancels their booking under this Offer less than 4 days before the scheduled arrival/check-in date or does not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival/check-in date, an amount of 1 night will be charged.
Guests booking the Offer at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts who are not IHG One Rewards members at the time of making the booking are also eligible to save 10% off Best Flex with the Iberostar Beachfront Resorts ‘Pay Now’ rates. Pay Now rate bookings from non-members under this Offer must be made at least 30 days in advance of arrival and are non-refundable and cannot be changed, with full payment for the entire stay to be made at time of booking. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund.
Stay Dates at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are between 24 September and 24 of October 2025, from 3rd of November to 21 December 2025 and from 7 January and 31 October 2026. Note that some hotels seasonally close during the winter period. Up to 3X Promotion
To participate in the "Up to 3X" Promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active, valid IHG One Rewards member account and must register for the Promotion. Members can pre-register for this Promotion starting September 16, 2025 through September 30, 2025 (the “Pre-Registration Period”). Members will be able to stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion beginning October 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Members who did not register during the Pre-Registration Period may register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period. A member can only register once. By registering for the Promotion, a member is accepting these Terms & Conditions.
After registering for the Promotion, a member can earn 2X bonus points beginning on their second qualifying stay and 3X bonus points beginning on their third qualifying stay and each qualifying stay thereafter for a maximum during the promotion period of 70,000 bonus points total. For purposes of this Promotion, a “Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with total spend exceeding US $30 (or local currency equivalent) for each night. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com also do not qualify under this Promotion. (For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the full IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.) If more than one member who registered for the Promotion checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the Promotion for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this Promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a qualifying room night under the Promotion.
For the Up to 3X Promotion, earning “2X” or “2X points” on your second qualifying stay through December 31, 2025 means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two (2) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG One Rewards member. For example, for a one-night Qualifying Stay with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 1,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 2,000 points. Earning “3X” or “3X points” on your third qualifying stay and each stay thereafter through December 31, 2025 means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG One Rewards member. For example, for a one-night Qualifying Stay with a room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a 10 points per USD earn rate for base points, the member would earn 1,000 base points (10 points x $100 = 1,000 points) and an additional 2,000 promotional bonus points, for a total of 3,000 points. The promotional bonus points under this Promotion are calculated based solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for a Qualifying Stay just for being an IHG One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to receive for the same stay are not included. Bonus points earned through this Promotion are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. For instance, in the first example above, the 1,000 base points would qualify for Elite status, while the additional 1,000 promotional points would not. In the second example, the 1,000 base points would qualify for Elite status, while the additional 2,000 promotional points would not.
A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands:
Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.)
Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Members can now earn and redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward Nights at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.)

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate and who registered for the Promotion, and such eligibility or participation cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Promotion must be made by February 28, 2026.
