Autumn Sale Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Autumn Sale promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 13 September 2022 to 04 October 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in the UK&I and Europe between 05 October 2022 and 31 May 2023 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG One Rewards Member Rate” during the Booking Dates.

The Promotion offers a discount at participating hotels of a minimum 15% off , and up to 25% off, the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Members save an additional 10% off our Best Flexible Rate. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.

Minimum 1 night stay required. Bookings must be made at least five days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the entire stay is due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

The Promotion is valid at participating [InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites] hotels and resorts located in the UK&I and Europe. 

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG® One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit https://www.ihg.com/onerewards/ for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Promotion. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
