2025 East Asia Pacific Q2 Q3 MICE “Evolve Your Event” Campaign – Terms and Conditions    

The “IHG Evolve Your Event Campaign” (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected meeting and event bookings which are booked with a signed meeting and event contract between the organisation and the hotel as per Booking Period and Offer Period dates listed below for each component at participating IHG branded hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Micronesia, Australia and the Pacific islands. Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Micronesia, Australia and the Pacific islands, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com/meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only) or Cvent.com.

The Promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between the Booking Dates as listed by offer below. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before the end of the Booking period for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The Promotion is not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after the Booking period or for any citywide bookings. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 19 May 2025 or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract. The Promotion applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings of 10 guest rooms or more. The minimum spend threshold varies and is determined by the Participating Hotels and will be confirmed at the time of making an enquiry. Bookings are final and require full prepayment for the entire event at time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements are made with the Participating Hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy applies as per each Participating Hotel. Once a booking is confirmed, the booker’s credit card will be charged between the booking time and event date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether the booking is used. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of check-in. The spend is reflected in USD and local currency conversion rate may vary from time to time and is at IHG’s sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.    

Component 1: Discount off masterbill
Booking Dates 19 May to 31 August 2025 (“Booking Period”) 
Event Dates: 20 May 2025 to 30 March 2026 (“Offer Period”) 

A rebate on the master bill is offered at the discretion of the hotel for consumed guest rooms, non-labor food and beverage, catering, and meeting room rental charges. The rebate is a 10% discount for IHG Business Rewards Members and a 5% discount for non-members. The rebate does not apply to third-party charges such as outsourced audio-visual services, florists, or décor vendors. All other charges on the master account folio must be paid in full and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimums may apply, and hotels may impose a cap on the discount.    

Component 2: 3X points with IHG Business Rewards and 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits for every $3000 spent. 
Booking Dates: 19 May to 30 June 2025 (“Booking Period”) 
Event Dates: 20 May to 30 November 2025 (“Offer Period”) 

To be eligible for the IHG Business Rewards 3X Points plus 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits per $3K spend (up to 10 Credits) offer (the “Offer”), a person must be an IHG Business Rewards member, which includes acceptance of the IHG Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, and the Business Rewards member must have registered for the Offer. By clicking “register now” in connection with the promotional materials for the Offer, a Business Rewards member is registering for the Offer and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Once an IHG Business Rewards member has registered for the Offer, the member will be eligible to earn triple the IHG One Rewards points on Qualifying Spend for all stays, meetings, and/or events that are booked during the period from May 19, 2025, through June 30, 2025 (“Booking Period”) and completed during the period from May 19, 2025, through November 30, 2025 (“Offer Period”). Additionally, a member will earn 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits (up to 10 nights) for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period. Additional details on Qualifying Spend are provided below. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotional offer, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points and Bonus Elite Night Credits to be posted to the recipient’s account.  

For this Offer, earning “3X” or “3X points” or “triple points” on stays or events booked and completed within the Booking and Offering periods as set forth above means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base IHG One Rewards points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG Business Rewards member. Therefore, under the Offer, a member can earn three (3) base points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend and an additional six (6) bonus points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend, for a total of nine (9) points for each $1 USD. The first three (3) base points earned are considered Elite Qualifying Points that count towards IHG One Rewards Elite status. The additional six (6) bonus points awarded as part of the Offer are Non-Elite Qualifying Points under the IHG One Rewards program. Earning two “Bonus Elite Night Credits” for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Elite Night Credits during the Promotion Period means for every $3,000 you spend under the Offer, you will be credited with two Elite Qualifying Nights for purposes of determining your Elite membership status and your Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in 2025. “Bonus Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program. Points awarded under this Offer are based on Qualifying Spend within the Offer Period only. There is no limit on the number of stays, meetings, or events that may be booked under the Offer, however, a maximum of 120,000 total points can be earned on any one qualifying stay, meeting, and/or event covered by this Offer, including all guest room bookings and other Qualifying Spend linked to such stay, meeting, and/or event.  Spend for stays, meetings, and/or events that were booked outside of the Booking Period or that were not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify for 3X points or Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer. Earning Examples for Business Rewards 3X Points: 

Examples of points awards under the Offer follow: 

• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $5,000 USD during the Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of nine (9) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 45,000 points (15,000 base points + 30,000 bonus points) plus two Bonus Elite Night Credits.  
• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $20,000 USD during the Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of nine (9) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 120,000 Points (60,000 base points + 60,000 bonus points) plus 10 Bonus Elite Night Credits.  

This Offer is available only for bookings at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts in Japan, Micronesia, Southeast Asia, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific, unless prohibited by law. Hotels that do not participate in this Offer include Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas, The Venetian® Resort (including The Palazzo® at The Venetian Resort®), Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, and other alliance hotels that do not participate in or are otherwise excluded from IHG Business Rewards.   

Members must confirm that the hotel where they are booking a stay, meeting, and/or event is a participating hotel for purposes of the Offer. Group bookings for 10 or more rooms or attendees may require a direct booking with the participating hotel and may also require a signed contract for the group meeting/event.  If the stay, meeting, and/or event is not booked under the member’s IHG One Rewards account using an official IHG.com online booking site, the member will need to confirm with the participating hotel that their IHG One Rewards account number has been linked to the stay, meeting and/or event in order to ensure that any earned bonus points available under this Offer will be awarded. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.  

This Offer and IHG One Rewards and IHG Business Rewards membership are subject to the IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions, which can be found here or by visiting www.ihg.com/onerewards www.ihgonerewards.com.  IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account or a member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program or this Offer is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, IHG also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This promotional offer is valid only for the original recipients invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. • The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.
