Grandparents Stay Free (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 30 March 2022 to 20 April 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts in the United Kingdom & Ireland, France and Germany between 6 April 2022 and 15 July 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Stay Dates”) when booking through the ihg.com/grandparents page. When making a booking on the Promotion you will see a charge against the second room, however the hotel will reduce the cheapest room charge to zero on check-in.

Bookings need to be made at least seven (7) days prior to the check-in date. If you cancel your booking at any time or you do not arrive at the hotel on your check-in date you will be charged an amount equivalent to the total cost of the first chargeable room for the two night stay. There is a fixed two (2) consecutive night length of stay for each Booking (shorter or longer stays are not permitted in this Promotion). Consecutive stays at the same hotel without check-out / check-in are not permitted and will not count for this Promotion.

The Promotion allows grandparents or other family members to stay free in a second room when making a booking under the same name, for two rooms, in the same hotel, on the same dates, with one room at no charge. This Promotion only allows for room only bookings with a maximum of two rooms per booking (with one such room being the free room). . The cheapest room on the booking, based on the flexible rate charged by the hotel at the time of making the booking, will be reduced to EUR 0/ £0 on check-in. No proof of relationship is required to redeem the Promotion. All other conditions, inclusions and cancellation policy are dependent upon the rate booked. Breakfast cannot be added whilst booking online, however can be added during the check-in process in property.

Only bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, or Central Reservations may qualify for the Promotion, and for IHG Rewards Points. Standard IHG Rewards program terms and conditions apply. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.

City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates in this Promotion are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply and not all room types will be available at participating hotels, check with participating hotel before booking. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
