IHG Japan 60th Anniversary campaign room offers Terms & Conditions

IHG Japan 60th Anniversary campaign offers (the “Offers”) are valid only for selected bookings made at participating IHG® branded hotels in Japan, Guam and Saipan. There are three (3) offers available for booking from 12 pm (JST)  on 1 October to 11:59 pm(JST) on 31 December 2024   (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays from 1 October  to 31 December (the “Stay Dates”).   Visit our website, app and other booking channels for details of the participating hotels in these Offers and details of the specific Offers which each hotel has available. 

Offer policy

1. IHG Japan 60th Anniversary: Diamond Celebration Package
IHG Japan 60th Anniversary: Diamond Celebration Package is available for selected bookings which are made through IHG direct channels (IHG.com, IHG App, Customer Care Center and directly at hotels) for participating hotels in Japan.
Booking Dates and Stay Dates for the Diamond Celebration Package follows the dates of the IHG Japan 60th Anniversary campaign period. Package inclusions, room types, available dates, booking rules, minimum booking window, length of stay, cancellations and other policies for bookings of this Offer are defined by each participating hotel and will therefore vary at participating hotels. Other charges may apply.   Please check details in the package description and policy on the website or mobile app when booking for full details of the Diamond Celebration Package at the participating hotels.  In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, restaurant and bar purchases, private dining, spas and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the Offer unless specifically referred to in the hotel package description.  Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at Participating Hotels available for this Offer. 

2. IHG Japan 60th Anniversary: Special Limited Time Package
IHG Japan 60th Anniversary: Special Limited Time Package is available for selected bookings which are made through IHG direct channels (IHG.com, IHG App, Customer Care Center and directly at hotels) for participating hotels in Japan.
Booking Dates and Stay Dates for the 60th Anniversary Special Limited Time Package follows the dates of the IHG Japan 60th Anniversary campaign period. Package inclusions, room types, available dates, booking rules, minimum booking window, length of stay, cancellations and other policies for bookings of this Offer are defined by each participating hotel and will therefore vary at participating hotels. Other charges may also apply. 3. IHG Japan 60th Anniversary App special: 6,000 bonus points offer
The IHG Japan 60th Anniversary App special: 6,000 Bonus Points Offer is valid for selected bookings made on the Booking Dates for stays at participating hotels during the Stay Dates using the ' IHG Japan 60th Anniversary App special: 6,000 bonus points offer' rate. Bookings must be made through the IHG One Rewards app to qualify for the 6,000 bonus points. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks after checkout for any earned bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s account.
The Promotion is valid at participating IHG branded hotels in Japan, Guam and Saipan.
6,000 bonus points is awarded per night for completed stays booked under this package only. If more than one member checks into the same room, only the member who made the qualifying booking will be eligible to earn points under the Offer for nights that qualify.

An individual must be an IHG One Rewards member to be able to participate in this Offer and can earn 6,000 One Rewards bonus points (in addition to the standard points awarded) for consumed stays under the Offer during the Stay Dates. The points earned during the Promotion can be used toward Reward Nights, can be redeemed for merchandise, or can be used for other redemption opportunities, as permitted under the IHG One Rewards program. 

Bonus Point offer - General Terms of the Offer

Available room types and stay dates for this offer depend on the hotel. Rates are per room, per night, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply and may vary by hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy follows Best Flexible Rate. You may usually cancel or amend your booking up to 6pm local time the day before your check-in date, however the cancellation terms of the rates offered by some of the participating hotels in this offer may vary depending on the hotel’s own cancellation policy so check the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this Offer for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a qualifying room night under the Offer.

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this offer is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with exceptions for the following brands: 

• Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.)
• Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: Members can now earn and redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward Nights at participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts. (The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.)

IHG may withdraw points from a member's account if they were deposited into the member's account in error and may revoke all points in a member's account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel a member's account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. 

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify these Offers or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of these Offers.
