Meetings that make a difference - Terms and Conditions

Meetings that make a difference (the ‘Promotion’) is a promotional offer which is available at participating IHG® hotels in the United Kingdom and Europe. The Promotion is available to global meeting and event planners and applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings of 10 guest rooms or more and which have a minimum value of $5,000 or more (or local currency equivalent). To qualify for the Promotion, the group, meeting or event booking must be booked with a mutually signed contract between 15 September 2025 and 31 December 2025, and bookings must be consumed by 30 June 2026. Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in the UK and Europe, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com> meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only), Cvent.com, and VenueDirectory.com. Check at time of enquiry if a hotel is participating in this Promotion.

Promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between 15 September 2025 and 31 December 2025 and consumed by 30 June 2026. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before 31 December 2025 for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The discount and Business Rewards Promotion components are not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after 30 June 2026 or for any citywide bookings. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 15 September 2025 or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract.

There are three components to the Promotion as follows:

Component one: Save on meetings – Bookings in this Promotion may be eligible for a benefit to be included as part of their booking and which may vary by hotel and are subject to availability at participating hotels. Options include one out of the following three:

(i) up to 5% off the total contracted bill, to be included as part of their booking. Discount may vary by hotel and is subject to availability at participating hotels. Discount includes up to 5% off the total contracted bill, at the time of signing the agreement, at the discretion of the hotel, for guest rooms, non-labour, food, beverage and catering, and meeting room rental charges, up to a maximum discount of US $10,000 or the equivalent in local currency. Discount of up to 5% off the contracted total excludes third party charges such as outsourced or contracted audio visual, florists or décor provided by third party vendors). All other charges on the master account invoice must be paid in full, and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimum spend may apply which will vary at participating hotels. Please enquire at time of booking.

(ii) complimentary welcome drinks reception on the day or evening of arrival for all delegates in a private or public area of the hotel, subject to availability. Drinks available to be defined by the participating hotel.

(iii) one complimentary guest room for every 20 rooms booked and consumed: Subject to availability. Please note that city tax charges or breakfast charges may still apply.

Component two: Donation to Action Against Hunger – For every $5,000 of confirmed revenue from bookings made under this Promotion from 15 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 (cumulative), IHG will donate $10 per $5,000 revenue confirmed to Action Against Hunger UK, a registered charity in England and Wales (number 1047501) and Scotland (SC048317). For example, if a meeting is confirmed for a value of $50,000 then IHG would make a $100 donation. The estimated impact of each $10 donation is:

• 35 packets of live-saving nutritional food; or
• health screenings for malnutrition for over 30 children; or
• two weeks of special formula to treat a malnourished child; or
• supply of 24 doses of therapeutic milk for a child with life-threatening malnutrition*.
  Donations would be made up to a maximum total of $113,000.

*These are proportional calculations considering Action Against Hunger’s budget, the proposed investment value, and the reach of their initiatives.

Component three: IHG Business Rewards 2X Points Plus offer (available for bookings from 1 October 2025 only) –

To be eligible for the IHG Business Rewards 2X Points plus 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits per $3K spend (up to 10 Credits) offer (the “Offer”), a person must be an IHG Business Rewards member, which includes acceptance of the IHG Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, and the Business Rewards member must have registered for the Offer. By clicking “register now” in connection with the promotional materials for the Offer, a Business Rewards member is registering for the Offer and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Once an IHG Business Rewards member has registered for the Offer, the member will be eligible to earn double the IHG One Rewards points on Qualifying Spend for all stays, meetings, and/or events that are booked during the period from 1 October 2025, through 4 March 2026 (“Booking Period”) and completed during the period from 1 October 2025, through 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”). Additionally, a member will earn 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits (up to 10 nights) for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period. Additional details on Qualifying Spend are provided below, as well as in the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotional offer, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points and Bonus Elite Night Credits to be posted to the recipient’s account.

For this Offer, earning “2X” or “2X points” or “double points” on stays or events booked and completed within the Booking and Offer periods as set forth above means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two (2) times the base IHG One Rewards points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG Business Rewards member. Therefore, under the Offer, a member can earn three (3) base points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend and an additional three (3) bonus points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend, for a total of six (6) points for each $1 USD. The first three (3) base points earned are considered Elite Qualifying Points that count towards IHG One Rewards Elite status. The additional three (3) bonus points awarded as part of the Offer are Non-Elite Qualifying Points under the IHG One Rewards program. Earning two “Bonus Elite Night Credits” for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Elite Night Credits during the Promotion Period means for every $3,000 you spend under the Offer, you will be credited with two Elite Qualifying Nights for purposes of determining your Elite membership status and your Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in the calendar year. “Bonus Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program. Points awarded under this Offer are based on Qualifying Spend within the Offer Period only. There is no limit on the number of stays, meetings, or events that may be booked under the Offer, however, a maximum of 120,000 total points (which is the amount that would be awarded for $20,000 in Qualifying Spend) can be earned on any one qualifying stay, meeting, and/or event covered by this Offer, including all guest room bookings and other Qualifying Spend linked to such stay, meeting, and/or event. Spend for stays, meetings, and/or events that were booked outside of the Booking Period or that were not completed within the Offer Period will not qualify for 2X points or Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer. Earning Examples for Business Rewards 2X Points:

Examples of points awards under the Offer follow:

• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $5,000 USD during the Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of six (6) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 30,000 points (15,000 base points + 15,000 bonus points) plus two Bonus Elite Night Credits.
• If an IHG Business Rewards member registered for the Offer has a Qualifying Spend of $20,000 USD during the Offer Period, then the member will earn a total of six (6) IHG One Rewards points for every $1 USD, totalling 120,000 Points (60,000 base points + 60,000 bonus points) plus 10 Bonus Elite Night Credits.

This Offer is available only for bookings at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts in the U.S., Canada, Latin America & Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Micronesia, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, and South Pacific, unless prohibited by law. Hotels that do not participate in this Offer include Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas, Ruby Hotels, Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, and other alliance hotels that do not participate in or are otherwise excluded from IHG Business Rewards.

Members must confirm that the hotel where they are booking a stay, meeting, and/or event is a participating hotel for purposes of the Offer. Group bookings for 10 or more rooms or attendees may require a direct booking with the participating hotel and may also require a signed contract for the group meeting/event. If the stay, meeting, and/or event is not booked under the member’s IHG One Rewards account using an official IHG.com online booking site, the member will need to confirm with the participating hotel that their IHG One Rewards account number has been linked to the stay, meeting and/or event in order to ensure that any earned bonus points available under this Offer will be awarded. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

This Offer and IHG One Rewards and IHG Business Rewards membership are subject to the IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions, which can be found here or by visiting www.ihg.com/onerewards or www.ihgonerewards.com. IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent use of the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account or a member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program or this Offer is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, IHG also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This promotional offer is valid only for the original recipients invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Offer must be made by 31 October 2026.

IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other alliance hotels participating in the IHG One Rewards program, with exceptions for the following brands:   

• Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. (Note that some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.) 
• The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.
