*IHG Hotels & Resorts Member-Exclusive Summer Sale (Promotional Rate) Members Save 20% is valid across participating properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, The Caribbean, East Asia and The Pacific, and is valid only for bookings made by IHG One Rewards members from 24 June – 7 July 2025 and for stays between 27 June – 30 September 2025.
The Member-Exclusive Summer Sale Promotional Rate is a valid discount for IHG One Rewards members only and bookable across IHG direct channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at the hotel. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Promotional Rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional Rate is not applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fee. IHG® Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the 2025 Member-Exclusive Summer Sale Promotion. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date. No deposit required if booking 7+ days in advance of arrival. If booking within 3–6 days of arrival, the first night's deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservation can be modified, changed, rebooked or cancelled until 7 days prior to arrival. 1-night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. For hotels in the state of California only: IHG One Rewards member guests can cancel a reservation for a hotel accommodation within 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72 hours or more before the time of check-in.
Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel are eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Points and will be subject to the IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions.
