Stay Longer, Pay Less Terms and Conditions

The Stay Longer, Pay Less rate offers a discount of up to 7% off the hotel’s Book Early and Save rate. IHG One Rewards members will be eligible to receive an additional 3% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels, as set out below. Rates are per room, per night for up to two adults sharing a room and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Rate includes breakfast for one or two residents sharing a room.

The rate is valid for varying length of stays at participating hotels. The minimum length of stay is three consecutive nights. Participating hotels may have a longer minimum length of stay, please check at time of booking. Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Stay Longer, Pay Less rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. The deposit can be taken anytime between the time of booking and arrival. No changes or cancellations can be made.

Breakfast at participating hotels is offered as buffet unless specified and is included for each night of stay. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of booking or check in.

The rate is valid at participating InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express hotels and resorts located in the UK and Europe. Book Early and Save Rate: Terms and Conditions

The “Book Early and Save” or “Book Early and Save – IHG® One Rewards Member Rate” offers a discount at participating hotels of a minimum 10% off, and up to 25% off, the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Members save an additional 3%, which gives a total saving for members of at least 12% off the Best Flexible Rate. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability.

Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the entire stay is due at time of booking. No changes or cancellations can be made. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.

Best Flexible Rate: Terms and Conditions

Our Best Flexible Rate is the best and least restrictive publicly available rate for that room type at the time of reservation. While lower rates may be available, they will require payment at time of booking, a minimum length of stay or will be non-refundable. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. Some restrictions apply based on individual hotel policies. Changes to your reservation are usually acceptable, but always check the hotel's cancellation policy before booking for cancellation fees that may apply depending upon arrival date and hotel selected.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this rate or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this rate.

General terms

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, Central Reservations or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG® One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit www.ihg.com/onerewards for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the rate is detected.

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The rate is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The rate is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this rate. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
