Japan, Micronesia, Southeast Asia and South Korea Club & Suite Summer Premium Weeks offer ( “offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made by IHG One Rewards members at participating IHG® branded hotels in Japan, Guam, Saipan, South Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

There are three (3) booking period  (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) and stay dates (the “Stay Dates”) under this campaign as below:

1) 12am (JST) on 20 June 2024 to 11:59pm(JST) on 26 June 2024 for stay until 31 October 2024

2) 12am (JST) on 25 July 2024 to 11:59pm(JST) on 31 July 2024 for stay until 30 November 2024

3) 12am (JST) on 29 August 2024 to 11:59pm(JST) on 4 September 2024 for stay until 31 December 2024

The offer is only applicable to bookings made under Club Rooms & Suites Summer Premium Weeks offer and is available at participating hotels in Japan, Guam, Saipan, South Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The offer is based on Best Flexible Rate and only available for bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel.

Bookings which are not made in one of the above mentioned three (3) booking periods are not eligible for the promotion.

Hotels in Japan: Under this offer, JPY5,000 of Food &Beverage credit per room per night will be offered for bookings at InterContinental, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, Vignette Collection, Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka and JPY3,000 of Food &Beverage dining credit per room per night will be offered for bookings at Crowne Plaza, voco and Holiday Inn. 

Hotels in Guam, Saipan, South Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam: Under this offer, USD35 of Food &Beverage credit per room per night will be offered for bookings at Regent, InterContinental, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo and Vignette Collection, and USD20 of F&B dining credit per room per night will be offered for bookings at Crowne Plaza, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. Please note that USD will be converted to by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel.

The Food &Beverage dining credit will be applied to your final bill for eligible on-property food and beverage charges made during a stay.

The Food & Beverage dining credit do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash or any other equivalent credit and cannot be used towards room rates, taxes or other fees or charges.

The Food & Beverage dining credit is based upon each completed night’s stay and any unused credit on a specific day may be accumulated and moved forward to be used on subsequent days of the same stay.  However any Food & Beverage dining credit unused at the time of check out will be lost and cannot be used for any future stays.

Available room types and stay dates for this offer depend on the hotel. Rates are per room, per night, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply and may vary by hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy follows Best Flexible Rate. You may usually cancel or amend your booking up to 6pm local time the day before your check-in date, however the cancellation terms of the rates offered by some of the participating hotels in this offer may vary depending on the hotel’s own cancellation policy so check the cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Individual participating hotel policy may vary in regard to number of guests allowed per room in this offer. At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest. 

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this offer. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable or valid with other discounted rate promotions, offers or discounts. Rates and rooms are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels so check at the time of booking. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.  Hotel specific early departure fee may apply.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this offer or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this offer.
