Terms and conditions
• The IHG Weddings Offer Bundle (the “Promotion”) is valid only for bookings made between 3 January through 30 June 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”) for weddings taking place at participating InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels and resorts in India and Bangladesh from 3 January through 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Materialisation Dates”).
• To qualify for the Promotion;
For non-residential weddings: a minimum spend of INR 5 Lacs is required
For residential weddings: a minimum of 10 rooms need to be booked for 1 night along with a minimum spend of INR 5 Lacs
• The Promotion offers a guaranteed room upgrade to a Suite room only for residential weddings. Only one room upgrade is applicable per confirmed wedding event.
• The Promotion offers a voucher for two nights accommodation (room-only) for 2 people at the same hotel where the wedding event takes place. The voucher is valid until 30 September 2022 and reservation is subject to availability. Only one voucher is applicable per confirmed wedding event. To use the voucher, a booking will need to be made directly with hotel reservations prior to arrival.
• The Promotion offers a discount of 10% off in-room dining and laundry services.
• The Promotion allows for cancellation fees and attrition fees up to 30 days in advance, and the rebate referenced below for to group bookings of at least 10 rooms on peak and up to 50 guest rooms on peak. To qualify for the offer, groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract and paid advance by 30 June 2022, and bookings must be consumed by 31 December 2022. Rebate includes up to 5% off the pre-tax master account folio, at the discretion of the hotel, for consumed guest rooms, non-labour, food and beverage and catering, and meeting room rental charges, up to a maximum discount of US$3,000 or INR 2.5 lacs.
• Rebate of up to 10% off the pre-tax master account folio excludes third party charges such as outsourced or contracted audio visual, florists or décor third party vendors). All other charges on the master account folio must be paid in full, and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimums may apply.
• The Promotion must be included in the contract, at the time of Customer’s request for proposal. Promotion is applicable to new business only (business not currently being negotiated or contracted). Offer not applicable on previously booked groups and meetings business and is not valid in conjunction with citywide bookings.
• The Promotion is not valid on previously cancelled or rescheduled groups, meetings or events. Offer not available for repeat bookings, is based on availability, and does not apply to groups bookings contracted by 31 December 2022 at an IHG® hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer.
• Exclusions may apply, and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract. Offer is available to third party group intermediaries for commissionable rates. IHG Business Rewards members earn points on group bookings in addition to the offer, per standard terms and conditions, found here, for qualifying groups, meetings and events bookings. • The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• For Members staying on a group rate, Points will be awarded if a Member individually pays for their room and other eligible charges subject to IHG One Rewards membership terms and condition found here. Points will not be awarded if the Member's room is paid for on a master bill.
• The IHG Way of Clean experience includes deep and more frequent cleaning of meeting and event spaces, access to ample hand sanitizer stations, socially distanced seating and meeting room layout, guidance on management of guest flow, single-serve and pre-packaged meal options. Find out more here.
• Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this offer.
• Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions.
• No show policy applies. No shows on the day of arrival will result in a charge as per hotel policy.
• Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of check in.
• IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
• Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
