Summer Offer/Advance Saver Terms and Conditions

The Summer 2021 Europe promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 08 June 2021 to 02 August 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe between 11 June 2021 and 30 January 2022 (the “Stay Dates”) using the “Advance Saver” or “Advance Saver – IHG® Rewards Member Rate” during the Booking Dates. For participating hotels located in UK and Ireland the Promotion is valid for bookings made from 15 June 2021 to 02 August 2021, for stays between 18 June 2021 to 30 January 2022 (both dates inclusive).

The Promotion offers a discount of 20% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. IHG Rewards members will be eligible to receive an additional 10% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels. Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.

Minimum 1 night stay required. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival. Cancellation and no show policy apply - bookings can be cancelled seven (7) days before your check in date without any charge. No shows or cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your check in will result in a charge of a one night stay.

The Promotion is valid at participating IHG branded hotels and resorts located in the UK and Europe. See our websites for full details of participating hotels.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG Rewards Points. Standard IHG® Rewards program terms and conditions apply. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Promotion. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

Best Flexible Rate

Our Best Flexible Rate is the best and least restrictive publicly available rate for that room type at the time of reservation. While lower rates may be available, they will require payment at time of booking, a minimum length of stay or will be non-refundable. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. Some restrictions apply based on individual hotel policies. Children under 12 may enjoy free breakfast, lunch and dinner at our designated all-day dine in restaurants and select from the kids menu (1 main course and 1 dessert per child) when accompanied by an adult, who is registered as a hotel guest and must order at least one main course from the full priced menu.

Kids Stay Free Terms and Conditions

*Kids Stay Free at Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Crowne Plaza®, InterContinental®, Hotel Indigo®, Staybridge Suites® and voco™ hotels.  Up to two children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with up to two adults at any of the participating hotels, subject to maximum room occupancy restrictions and subject to availability. Baby crib/cot is complimentary while rollaway beds may be chargeable.  Rules for maximum room occupancy will supersede this offer.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Terms and Conditions 

The Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate is available at select hotels in Europe. Fully flexible rate includes breakfast and three course dinner from set menu or buffet in a designated hotel restaurant for one or two resident adults sharing a room. Drinks with dinner and gratuities are not included. Additional charges may apply for Room Service.

For the wellbeing of guests and colleagues, the hotel experience may feel a little different, including the breakfast buffet we know and love. While buffet service may be paused for the short-term, for now, our teams have created wholesome and delicious options to prepare you for the day ahead. Breakfast and Parking Terms and Conditions

The Breakfast and Parking rate is available at participating hotels. Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability. Offer includes breakfast for up to two adults and car parking for one car. Breakfast will be served in accordance with the local laws at the time of stay and may be subject to change+. Additional costs apply if you are travelling with more than two adults. ​

Must book at least three days in advance, receive a full refund if you cancel seven (7) days or more before your arrival. One night deposit required at the time of booking. No refund will be offered if you cancel beyond the cancellation window. Rates are only applicable at participating hotels.
