*Complete 3 stays, Get 14k Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to participate in the "Book with IHG, Complete 3 stays & Get 14k Bonus Points" promotional offer (the "Offer"), an individual must be an IHG® One Rewards member and must be invited to participate in the Offer. After receiving an invitation, the member must register their member number in advance in order to participate in the Offer. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 14,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points after completing three (3) Qualifying Stays booked directly with IHG. 3,000 bonus points will be awarded for each Qualifying Stay (for example if you only stay for two Qualifying Stays you will earn 6,000 bonus points) and upon completion of three (3) Qualifying Stays, an additional 5,000 bonus points will be awarded to you for a total of 14,000 bonus points. There is a maximum of 14,000 bonus points that will be awarded in this Offer. Bonus points are awarded in addition to the standard IHG One Rewards points award for your Qualifying Stays. By registering for the Offer, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

To be a "Qualifying Stay" under this Offer, the stay must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. The "Offer Period" is for Qualifying Stays from 22 August 2023, to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive). Stays outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included. A Qualifying Stay in this Offer must be booked by a member between 22 August 2023 and 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”).

For purposes of this Offer, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum 1-night stay at a participating hotel that was booked directly with IHG through ihg.com, the IHG One Rewards app, an IHG reservations call center, an authorized travel agent (excluding any online travel agents or other online travel reservation sites, such as Expedia.com and booking.com, and unauthorized agents or directly with a participating hotel, using a Qualifying Rate and with a total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) per night. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under this Offer for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will only receive bonus points in this Offer for one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a Qualifying Room Night.

The Offer can only be redeemed once during the Offer Period by the member who was invited to participate, and a maximum of 14,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying under the IHG One Rewards program. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s member account.

The bonus points earned during the "Book with IHG, Complete 3 stays & Get 14k Bonus Points” Offer can be used toward Reward Nights and can be redeemed for merchandise or used for other redemption opportunities, as permitted under the IHG One Rewards program.

Participating hotels in this Offer include all IHG Hotels & Resorts in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia (EMEAA), with the exception of those Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that do not participate in IHG One Rewards.

IHG One Rewards benefits are generally available at all IHG® Hotels & Resorts and other partner hotels participating in the program, with the following exceptions:

• Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas: IHG One Rewards points may be earned or redeemed for stays but other benefits may not be available. Note some hotels do not participate in IHG One Rewards.
• Iberostar Beachfront Resorts: IHG One Rewards members can now earn points and enjoy on-property benefits when staying at select participating Iberostar Beachfront Resorts. Members will be able to redeem IHG One Rewards points for Reward Nights in the near future. Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that are not yet integrated into the IHG One Rewards program do not participate in this Offer. Check the current status of the hotel at the time of making your booking.
• The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.

IHG may withdraw points from a member's account if they were deposited into the member's account in error and may revoke all points in a member's account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel a member's account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This Offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any enquiries concerning this Offer must be made by 31 March 2024. Members who are invited to participate in this Offer may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.

10% Book Direct Offer Terms & Conditions

The Book Direct promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from 22 August 2023 to 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for stays at participating IHG® branded hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia (EMEAA) during the Offer Period using the “Book Direct Rate” during the Booking Dates. To be a "Qualifying Room Night" under this Offer, the room night must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay (as defined above). Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that were completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included.

The Promotion provides a discount of up to 10% off the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate, which is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate for that room type at the time of reservation. Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy and are subject to availability during the Offer Period. While lower rates may be available, they will require payment at time of booking, a minimum length of stay or will be non-refundable. Please check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs. Some restrictions apply based on individual hotel policies. Changes to your reservation are usually acceptable, but always check the hotel's cancellation policy before booking for cancellation fees that may apply depending upon arrival date and hotel selected.

The Promotion is valid at participating [InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites] hotels and resorts located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia (EMEAA).

In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Promotion. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
