IHG×ANA Summer Stay & Smile Triple Miles Promotion Terms & Conditions
The IHG×ANA Summer Stay & Smile Triple Miles Promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to individuals who are members of both the IHG One Rewards program and the ANA Mileage Club (“Eligible Members”). To participate, an Eligible Member must register for the Promotion. Eligible Members can register for this Promotion during the period between 24 June and 31 August (the “Registration Period”). By clicking the "Register" button for the Promotion, a member is registering for the ANA Triple Miles Promotion and accepting these Terms & Conditions.
• After registering for the Promotion, an Eligible Member can earn triple ANA Miles in connection with Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts during the period from 1 July 2024 through 31 August 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) where the stay was reserved through an eligible booking. The Miles earning structure for “triple Miles” is described in more detail below, and the maximum number of promotional bonus Miles an Eligible Member can earn under this Promotion is 15,000 Miles. The time needed for awarding Miles can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned Miles to be posted to the designated account.
• For purposes of this Promotion, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating IHG® affiliated hotel or resort booked through the official IHG Website, IHG App, customer care center and hotel directly using a Qualifying Rate. Stays booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Promotion. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites also do not qualify under this Promotion. For additional details on Qualifying Rates, please see the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.
• Note that for purposes of this Promotion multiple checkouts for consecutive nights at the same hotel will count as one (1) stay; non-consecutive qualifying nights at the same hotel may count as separate stays. In the event that two or more Eligible Members check into the same room, base Miles and any bonus Miles under this Promotion will only be credited to the account of the Eligible Member who made the booking, for those nights that qualify for the Miles. If an Eligible Member books more than one room at a hotel for the same or overlapping nights, they will receive bonus Miles for this Promotion on only one of the bookings and only for the nights that qualify.
• Under this Promotion, triple Miles are awarded only in connection with qualifying room rates and other Eligible Charges attributed to room nights that fall within the Promotion Period and are part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As stated, the “Promotion Period” is from 1 July through 31 August 2024. Room nights outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included.
• To earn Miles for a Qualifying Stay at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts, ANA Mileage Club members need to be registered as an IHG One Rewards member and select ANA Mileage Club as their earning preference in their IHG One Rewards account, prior to check-in.
• Base 3 Miles / $1 USD or local currency equivalent paid on eligible charges at InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, Regent®, Hualuxe™ Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, EVEN™ Hotels, voco™, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Club Vacations®, avid™ Hotels and Vignette™ Collection hotels. Candlewood Suites®, Staybridge Suites®, Atwell Suites and The Venetian | The Palazzo Las Vegas will earn base 1 mile / $1 USD or local currency equivalent paid on eligible charges.
• Earning “triple Miles” or “3X Miles” during the Promotion means that the total number of regular “base Miles” and promotional “bonus Miles” combined will equal three (3) times the number of base Miles the Eligible Member would normally receive on the room night rate and Eligible Charges. To receive “base Miles, an Eligible Member must have selected ANA Miles as their earning preference in their IHG One Rewards account and to be eligible for “triple Miles” the Eligible Member must have registered for the Promotion.
• For example, if both of these requirements have been met, then a member with a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay that includes two (2) qualifying room nights with a per night room rate of $100.00 at an IHG hotel with a three (3) Miles per $1 USD earn rate for base Miles would be eligible to earn 600 base Miles (3 miles x $100/night x 2 nights = 600 Miles) and an additional 1,200 promotional bonus Miles, for a total of 1,800 ANA Miles for their room rate spend.
Participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts are those operating under the following brands at the time of the qualifying stay: InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Regent® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo®, HUALUXE® Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Club Vacations®, Holiday Inn Resort®, EVEN® Hotels, voco® Hotels, Vignette™ Collection, Atwell Suites™, avid® Hotels, Staybridge Suites®, Candlewood Suites®, The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, and The Venetian® Macao.
Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are also included among the IHG Hotels & Resorts brands but not all Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas participating in IHG One Rewards and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that are not yet fully integrated into the IHG One Rewards program are not likely to participate in this Promotion. Check the current status of the hotel at the time of making your booking. The portfolio of Iberostar Beachfront Resorts excludes any interests in Cuba.

Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply. • An IHG One Rewards member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion is subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. An Eligible Member receiving ANA Miles in connection with a stay as a result of their IHG One Rewards earning preference selection or their participation in this Promotion is not entitled to receive IHG One Rewards points for the same stay. IHG may retract, or decline to award, Miles if the member was not eligible to receive the Miles. IHG may also revoke all points in a member’s IHG One Rewards account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove an IHG One Rewards member's points, downgrade their status, or cancel their account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent activity or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s IHG One Rewards account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of interpretation of the Promotion, as well as the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion.
