The First Membership is owned and managed by Paytm and can be accessed on the Paytm App only. IHG has no control over the Membership subscription, activation of codes, fulfilment of offers or any app related issues. Customers use of First Membership is governed by the agreements available for reference on https://paytm.com/about-us/our-policies/#tandc.
First Membership Plan shall be valid for a period of 6 months from its date of activation of codes by the members, post which it will be terminated. If you wish to continue enjoying the First Membership benefits, you’ll need to purchase a fresh subscription from Paytm.
The offers extended in the First Membership are by different third parties. Paytm is not responsible for the third party offers. Therefore, Paytm may change and/or remove the offerings in the First Membership from time to time at its sole discretion. Paytm reserves the right to amend these and the terms and conditions of First Membership including the retail price changes from time to time.
Paytm/First Membership reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, change the offer at any point of time without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
First Membership Subscription cannot be canceled, however, Paytm reserves the sole discretion to do so on a case to case basis.

Q. How to use Offers in Paytm First?
A. Once you become a member, you can start using Paytm First right away. To redeem your benefits, simply visit all services sections on Paytm, click on Paytm First or find Paytm First through search on the home page.

A. No, all are part of the 6 months Paytm First. You do not need to pay anything extra to avail anything in any section.
Q. I don't live in India. Can I still activate Paytm First on Paytm?
A. We are sorry but the membership is currently available only for people living in India.
Q. Can offers change after I activate my Paytm First?
A. Yes, offers from our partner brands may change over time in our endeavor to provide customers with great benefits. Paytm and its brand partners reserve the right at any time, without any prior notice to modify or revoke any offer related terms and conditions.
Q. What happens to my free subscriptions once my First Membership by Paytm expires?
A. Any subscriptions which have been activated by you will remain active and for any membership which is not activated, the code will expire as per offer terms and conditions.
Q. Where can I find my membership status?
A. You can find your membership status by accessing Paytm First section by clicking on the name - Paytm First . Under the section, you'll see your membership status, including your type and expiration date.
Q. How are my savings or benefit values calculated?
A. Your benefit values or savings are calculated based on the maximum savings you may drive while interacting with a product or a service. Ex. if you get 60% off on a Gift Card and the maximum denomination which can be purchased is ₹60,000, then the savings are calculated as 60% of ₹60,000 i.e., ₹6,000.
Q. Some offers on my Paytm First are not working. What should I do?
A. Please raise a request on the Paytm app under the help section and our team will resolve the issue within three working days.
Q. I want to cancel my subscription?
A. We are sorry to see you go. Please raise a request on the Paytm app for cancellation. Please note that this cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or cash exchange of any sorts.
