Terms & Conditions
IHG has the right to cancel any membership, and to revoke any and all benefits and/or rewards collected in a Colleague or Pass Holder's account, for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's violation of these terms and conditions.
2. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this programme.
3. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's violation of any national, regional, or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges.
4. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's failure to provide and maintain valid contact information.
5. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's failure to pay for hotel charges and/or any expenses incurred during a stay, including if such failure to pay is the result of a cheque being returned for insufficient funds or being invalid for any reason.
6. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this programme, including, but not limited to the abuse of rates without authorisation (such as by failing to show appropriate identification or validation at check-in).
7. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's physical, verbal or written abuse or harassment of hotel personnel or IHG personnel.
8. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder's abuse/misuse of any benefits or privileges provided by any IHG branded hotels or use of such benefits or privileges in violation of the applicable terms and conditions for them, including, but not limited to the sale or barter of any discounts available to IHG Colleagues or Pass Holders.
9. IHG Colleague or Pass Holder taking any other action or engaging in any other activities that are to the detriment of the Programme, IHG or an IHG branded hotel; all as may be determined by IHG in its sole discretion.
If an IHG One Rewards member account is duplicated or unauthorised activity is discovered, IHG may suspend the IHG One Pass benefits and/or contact the Colleague's manager or principal hotel contact. IHG reserves the right to permanently cancel the membership.
IHG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any failure to enforce one or more of the terms for a violation shall not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce that term for other or subsequent violations.
