This property is one of our favorite pet-friendly hotels we have used in our travels.
Staff is courteous, rooms are clean, beds are super-comfortable....and there is a bar!

Everything was great except for the breakfast setup. You had to buy breakfast if you wanted it, and prices were not cheap so I skipped it. First Holiday inn I have stayed at without free breakfast of some kind.

The Holiday Inn Charleston West in West Virginia is a showcase of excellent customer care, service, cleanliness, and providing the customer an enjoyable stay.
Aside from the comfortable room, the meeting room I used was set up perfectly. I just needed to plug in my laptop and start the meeting. The personal service and friendliness I witness is a testimony to a dedicated and caring staff. I travel extensively and I can honestly say this is a hotel that I will look forward to returning to.

Someone had shaved in the bathtub and there was hair everywhere. Disgusting.

We have stayed here on our way to Florida and on our return to Michigan. The staff is friendly and fun. They provide treats and hugs for my dog Higgins . This time he got a toy! As a teacher I enjoy the camaraderie of the staff when they have contests among themselves. We have stayed numerous times including the initial recognition of Covid when hotels were unsure of what to do. They’ve done a great job keeping us safe.

We were greeted late in the evening by pleasant front desk personnel. Quick check-in and nice room. Very quiet and restful sleep.
